My first time here. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. I will return.

I have an irrational fear of anything touching my eyes hence visits to the eye doctor are a bit tough for me…but Dr. Keith and the whole office are always kind and accommodating. Once I get past my issues I’m always impressed at the combination of technology and personalized care they put into each visit. Dr. Keith explains everything and I always feel his treatment is grounded in what’s best for me, not what will increase his bottom line. Truly the best overall experience from booking appointments to the office experience to billing - it’s a model of what I wish my other medical experiences were like.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. I've been a client for many years and have experienced the practice grow and change while always maintaining exceptional service. Dr. Keith has maintained his very high standards as he's added other doctors to the practice. I've seen 4 different doctors here over the years and every single one was as patient, friendly, and knowledgeable as Dr. Keith. Every member of the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They were extremely considerate when my family had to reschedule multiple times due to some health issues. I've always been struck by how the practice embraces technology to make the customer experience better. They get you through your exams very efficiently. The eyeglass shop inside is equally excellent with service. They have a great selection of qualify frames. A couple years ago I got a new pair and they called me to say that my glasses had arrived but did not meet their quality standard so they were getting them remade. I was happy to wait for that kind of quality.

It was my first time going to this place, and I was very impressed. The staffs are all super nice and I was attended to right after I walked in. My exam started at the exact time of my appointment. The doctor that helped me was also super knowledgeable and kind. The only downside is the glasses selection. They do not have a huge selection to choose from in person.

Jason was amazing!! He helped me figure out which deal I could afford and even what frames I liked. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable. I will be returning!!

Nothing but good things to say about this location in Woodstock, Georgia. The staff was just amazing, Jason especially was so helpful in getting my glasses perfect with my prescription! Love my frame! I take my whole family here, just an all-around great experience.

Wonderful staff!! Very friendly and attentive. The Doc is amazing at what she does. I had prescription glasses before going to her office and after she examined my eyes and gave me a new prescription, I see so much better! The other prescription I had was too strong. I also took my daughter to her and not only did she catch and diagnose some issues our last provider hadn’t caught, she also offered therapy which hadn’t been suggested to us either. I can’t wait until my daughter gets her glasses and see what a difference they will make. Thank you MyEyeDr staff!

The rudest eye doctor I've ever been to. I gave them all the information that they required. And they made me feel like I was a bother to them. The doctor in the back kept pacing back-and-forth and Grunting When we were trying to get my information for them. I've never felt This unwanted i do not recommend this place

The eye doctor and front desk folks were extremely nice and I enjoyed the eye appointment. However, it appeared that the billing was a bit much. It almost appeared as if you had to purchase both eye glasses and contacts to be eligible for a discount. You couldn’t purchase only one item for the discount. The billing lady seemed only interested in getting as much money as possible, even with insurance. I also had to pay an additional fee to have my glasses and contacts mailed, after paying a good amount of money to purchase them. I truly think the billing lady doesn’t offer the best deals to clients.

Dr. Chung was great and very thorough during the exam. His staff is very polite and helpful as well. Best experience I’ve with vision care.
