I have been going to Family Eyecare for years and keep going back because of the staff and Dr. Zadeh! They are professional, kind, efficient, and patient. I must say Philisha is especially kind and patient, taking over two hours to help me replace my glasses with a new pair for work. I have several work related requirements for my glasses and they have to check every box. I dread getting new glasses, but Philisha took extra time to help me make a decision today and I am greatly appreciative and thankful for her expertise and genuine kindness. Many thanks!!!

Excellent Eye Group! Quick appointment from time I called to scheduling the exam date. No delays in the office and the staff was warm and welcoming. Aging eyes, but all good. Won't be back until next year. Thank you!

I was deeply impressed with the level of professionalism and human concern that I experienced at the TEG, throughout the entire process I was made to feel like patient C.E. rather than number 28. Every step left me well informed regarding the state of my vision. Your facility could be the template for how all health care facilities should operate, thank you doesn't seem like enough in exchange for the care that you give.

Loved everything about this experience!! I was happy with my previous optical unit but had to switch due to insurance changes at work. I am absolutely delighted with my new choice. I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I didn’t need to fill out any additional paperwork. They checked me in immediately, took my insurance and ID card information then I sat in the very busy waiting area. I was called back in less than 5 minutes and stepped through all the tests by the technician (Zack?) who was super friendly. When he was done he left me in the optician’s chair where Dr. Noorani came in within 3 minutes or less. Dr. Noorani is awesome. She is extremely personable and very efficient in her exam approach. I got a huge laugh out of receiving the “healthiest eyes I’ve seen today” award. 😂 I don’t have a complex prescription but I’m never sure how it will be received when I don’t order my glasses at the facility. I got zero pushback and got my printed prescription on my way out the door. Everyone I encountered at this practice share some common traits that I really, really like. Everyone seemed well trained, efficient, happy and happy to have me as a customer. It truly was the highlight of my day. THANK YOU!!!

I purchased contacts from Roswell eye clinic and never received them. Initially I wasn’t sure what to expect from the eye clinic’s customer service being a first time customer, but after reaching out to the carrier service with no luck. Yolanda made sure the matter was handled as quickly and professionally as possible. She kept me informed on where they were at in the process and assured me it would be taken care of, and it was.

Phenomenal professionals!! You can never find a better optician than Greg. He is one of a kind and highly competent. Fitting your glasses right is critical and he does that and many more exceptionally well. Would not go to anyone else but him. M.N. Saunders

So thankful! Dr. Brown is also hands down the best and my all time favorite eye doctor! Always very informative and so helpful every time. Love them!

I have had a tremendous experience at this location. They have a great staff and doctors. I wanted to say a special thanks to Emily for being so helpful and patient with me during my IR class. Also, another shout out to Jocelyn for her help. I highly recommend this location for your next eye exam!
