Milan Eye Care is phenomenal. From the first appointment on, I have been super happy with everyone from the receptionists, nurses, technicians, schedulers, and to the Doctors. My cataract surgery has been a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Dr. Espinoza and staff are to be commended and I highly recommend using them for future eye care needs.

My surgery went flawless with no pain whatsoever. I could see infinity better the first day.. Their staff and everyone was so friendly and caring through the whole process. I would highly recommend Milan Eye Care Center, you will be in the best of hands.

Staff was very gracious and explained everything to a T. Dr. Espinoza was thorough and quick. No problems at all with the surgery. Only drawback was that we weren't familiar with the area and got a traffic cam speeding ticket for $75.00. Was too busy looking at GPS to notice the School Zone, so be careful!

I would like to thank Nan for the outstanding customer service that she gave me. She took the time to go over what my insurance covers and personally help me pick out a frame and lens. She measured me several times to make sure that the lens would be correct. She made sure that i was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Thanks again Nan and i will refer my friends to Pearle Vision

Absolutely horrible. The only good part was the doctor. He was amazing. As for the rest terrible. When I got home they called and said they forgot to charge me $90 after already paying $440. A week later I went to pick up my glasses and they “forgot” to add the transitions. She said oh don’t worry I’ll have it done and I won’t charge you for it. I said I already paid for it. She said oh yeah here it is you’re right you did. Oh well they will be ready in another week. They didn’t offer anything to make it right and I had to call to find out if they were there because nobody called me when they came in. Unprofessional and nobody cares. I’d rather go somewhere that doesn’t take my insurance and pay completely out of pocket than give this place another penny of my business. Never again

Dave provided us with great customer service! He was quick to resolve our problem and listen to us! Dave gave us the best customer service! Highly recommend him!!!

I have been waiting almost 5 weeks to get a prescription for contacts. First, we don't have a sample set for me. Then, it was, try them and see if u like them. They fit fine the first time. Third, the attendant couldn't tell by the worksheet what to order. Now, I've waited two weeks to hear from them to get an appt with the doctor to confirm what he ordered a month ago. Crickets. I can't believe this.

Dr DeSantis was very helpful and up front. Staff was also very clean with equipment. I was very pleased with the quality and service at Walmart vision center

I came there just to put new opticals in my glasses. I only where them at home so i asked one of them for the cheepest one and she told me it is 120 bucks at least. Next time i came there was another costumer service and she gave me a great price of 45 dollars. But still 2 other sellers ARE BUNCH OF FAKE LAYERS! Horrible service

Friendliness atmosphere greeted me and I felt like I was being well taken care of the whole time I was there. The eyedoctor was experienced and knowledgeable, and I was at ease, not nervous. My glasses were adjusted and repaired. I still wait on lazer surgery and new prescription, but I was given all the help I needed to find the surgeon who takes my insurance.
