These guys saved our bacon this weekend with a rush set of glasses! We didn't even pick out the frames because we couldn't get there before they closed. Glasses were perfect and actually looked great on my friend. Thank you so much! Picture for humor!

Friendliness atmosphere greeted me and I felt like I was being well taken care of the whole time I was there. The eyedoctor was experienced and knowledgeable, and I was at ease, not nervous. My glasses were adjusted and repaired. I still wait on lazer surgery and new prescription, but I was given all the help I needed to find the surgeon who takes my insurance. My experience with the facility and the staff is second to none. The Doctor is simply awesome. His assistant he has following him is the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to this facility. I give them a five star rating

I always have a pleasant experience on my visits with Dr. Vander Woude. The staff is caring and attentive, as are the doctors. The new offices in Fort Pierce is easy to get to, and, of course, being brand new, makes for a very pleasing atmosphere.

I had the best experience here! Lucy, Tiffany, Nicolle & Dr. Olivos treated my boyfriend and I like family, and by looking around and observing their interactions with all the other customers, it was clear that this is how they treat everyone! This type of customer service and expertise is extremely rare to come by these days and we appreciated it so much! We were both very indecisive choosing glasses and the team here was so patient with us and very consultative, unlike many other optical centers that will push you toward the most expensive pair. Already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this medical office.

Made sure to stop here during our time in town! Nothing but great friendly service, amazing selection, with knowledgeable and caring staff who were very patient. Lucy & Tiffany were wonderful as were Nicolle and Dr. Olivos!

My first time time at this place. Everything was great until I have to purchase my eyeglasses. They push you into ordering the cheaper quality frames for a really high prices . I waited 7 days to get my prescription glasses , i sooner I put them on the lenses fell off. They sent it back , waited another 7 days , still the same the lenses were falling off. I spoke to the office manager about getting a refund, it took several phone call until she refunded my credit card. She is very rude and kept hanging up the phone on me or wouldn’t answer my phone calls.don’t come here for your your prescription eyeglasses, they use a really horrible cheap glasses lab.

This was my first time visiting their office. I initially had an eye examination with Dr. Michelle Hebert, O.D. who was very professional and pleasant in her demeaner. Afterwards, I was attended by Tammy Bradshaw who helped me pick out my new glasses. She was also a delight and personable. Overall, I give them 5 stars for excellent service and will recommend them to others. :)

Being a DOCTORS office you’d imagine the staff would speak to patients a little nicer. It’s such a shame because I’ve been going here for about 20 years- & in the last year, man it’s been such a downhill decline. Whoever owns this location, your staff needs a course or two on how to speak to patients who are PAYING you for a service. I don’t care who you are, treat people how you’d want to be treated. Such nasty people at this location, such a shame.
