Friendliness atmosphere greeted me and I felt like I was being well taken care of the whole time I was there. The eyedoctor was experienced and knowledgeable, and I was at ease, not nervous. My glasses were adjusted and repaired. I still wait on lazer surgery and new prescription, but I was given all the help I needed to find the surgeon who takes my insurance. I always have a pleasant experience on my visits with Dr. Vander Woude. The staff is caring and attentive, as are the doctors. The new offices in Fort Pierce is easy to get to, and, of course, being brand new, makes for a very pleasing atmosphere.

I had the best experience here! Lucy, Tiffany, Nicolle & Dr. Olivos treated my boyfriend and I like family, and by looking around and observing their interactions with all the other customers, it was clear that this is how they treat everyone! This type of customer service and expertise is extremely rare to come by these days and we appreciated it so much! We were both very indecisive choosing glasses and the team here was so patient with us and very consultative, unlike many other optical centers that will push you toward the most expensive pair. Already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this medical office.

My first time time at this place. Everything was great until I have to purchase my eyeglasses. They push you into ordering the cheaper quality frames for a really high prices . I waited 7 days to get my prescription glasses , i sooner I put them on the lenses fell off. They sent it back , waited another 7 days , still the same the lenses were falling off. I spoke to the office manager about getting a refund, it took several phone call until she refunded my credit card. She is very rude and kept hanging up the phone on me or wouldn’t answer my phone calls.don’t come here for your your prescription eyeglasses, they use a really horrible cheap glasses lab.

This was my first time visiting their office. I initially had an eye examination with Dr. Michelle Hebert, O.D. who was very professional and pleasant in her demeaner. Afterwards, I was attended by Tammy Bradshaw who helped me pick out my new glasses. She was also a delight and personable. Overall, I give them 5 stars for excellent service and will recommend them to others. :)

Being a DOCTORS office you’d imagine the staff would speak to patients a little nicer. It’s such a shame because I’ve been going here for about 20 years- & in the last year, man it’s been such a downhill decline. Whoever owns this location, your staff needs a course or two on how to speak to patients who are PAYING you for a service. I don’t care who you are, treat people how you’d want to be treated. Such nasty people at this location, such a shame.

Late doing this, but I was waiting to get my eyes checked from another eye place. Well from the moment getting there it was not a good feeling. I went into the room, waiting for the doc, he came in took my glasses to another room, then had me read 1 letter N, dilated my eyes and that was it. I thought it was odd, because when I got my eyes checked from other places they did a whole exam. No less after dilating my eyes they never gave me anything to put over my eyes, and sent me on my way. When your eyes get dilated, most all eye places give you a throw away tint protection. At the time going there I had Medicaid, and have had it in the pass and have never had a problem with other eye places, and not that many choices to pick, the one's I got the leans popped out, so I went back to them they did fix them, as the worker there was fixing them I was asking questions on my exam, and told him that I think the script was wrong, well the guy said well you have 20/20 I was like WHAT.. Anyways, a couple of weeks went by and the glasses turned green and my eye script was not right at all! I am very happy at the new place I have just gone to, they did everything so right and so happy that my eyes can see a lot better.. Ya'll need to take your time with people and do it right.
