Absolutely over the top service provided by Syn-Optic, and especially Dr. DJabri. She is very compassionate about her work, and fully explains all options available, not pushy with sales or products which I find at most vision centers. I went oringally for a lens exam purchasing a Groupon, which I am sooo glad that I did often times purchasing Groupons doesn;t always mean gettting the most bang for your buck. That is not the case in this situation, I will be going to Dr. Djabri for many many years to come! She fitted me with lenses that actually give me perfect vision which I have a difficulty upclose and far with astigmatism. The year supply is a great deal with the lens, and the order through her directly was seamless and super fast, I couldn't even get my lenses on line due to backorder...she really came through for me. I have now ordered my glasses with her too! The location is great, easy to get to and parking at the door basically...very modern and super clean/sanitized just a lovely setting without the feel of pushy sales or sales people. Thank you Dr!!!!

I recently had a visit with Dr. Djabri. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. Her compassion, professionalism and thorough eye examination were exceptional. She is very dedicated to her patients and makes sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. The visit didn’t feel rushed at all which is something to really appreciate these days. She was very open to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I saw Dr Cornish for a routine eye/contact appointment and he was great and very efficient! I had a small insurance claim issue that Katie (manager) resolved so quickly, competently and diligently. Thank you so much for the help as insurance issues are known to be a pain to deal with! Highly recommend

Excellent experience here— best I have had in fact. Dr. Cornish is extremely knowledgeable and caring. His staff is excellent, friendly and attentive. They have advanced technology that enables you to get your eye exam without getting dilated, also! Highly recommend.

I decided to try Dr. Atlas after seeing the positive online reviews. Faye, at the front desk greeted me very warmly and was very quick and thorough with the check in process. Dr. Atlas has an amazing, humorous demeanor and he took his time to cover all aspects of the exam, nothing felt rushed. Heath took care of the paper work and made sure that I was getting all necessary benefits applied. I am very pleased with this practice and happy to call this my new home for eye care.

Stay away from this place. My insurance provides me an allotted amount of money for contacts AND glasses per year, or I can double up on one if I choose. This place insisted I only had one credit per year. Would not honor what was included in my plan and tried to make me pay full price for contacts when I actually had coverage. I called my past optometrist minutes later and they were quickly able to pull up my plan and coverage. This place also overcharges -- Charging me around $50 more per contact box. The receptionist was also very rude to me over the phone while I was trying to figure out the price discrepancy and why they were unable to find my correct coverage. She was talking down to me as if I did not understand my OWN coverage. Find another doctor.

Although they weren’t able to get me in, the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and gave me advice on my eye accident that I was calling about. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have seeked care so urgently and she potentially saved my eyesight.

It has been several years since I visited Dr. Berger, but I recently had a top ten worst customer service experience with a vet and was reminded of my worst ever customer service with Dr. Berger. I was hit with a strap in my eye at work and was referred to Dr. Berger. I found him arrogant and unable to listen to me. He gave me an eye test and tried to prescribe me glasses, before I finally could get him to listen about the fact that I had been hit in the eye. He then put dye in my eye and found the laceration on my eyeball and treated it. I was given a follow up appointment, which I cancelled, one visit to this arrogant Dr. was enough for me. The injury was covered under my Workman's Comp insurance, so they just needed to submit the bill. His staff proceeded to send the bill to the wrong insurance company. When I called to explain what had happened and have them re-submit it correctly, they proceeded to give me this whole speech about how it's my responsibility to submit the records. I said fine, I'll file it, I just need an itemized receipt, which they refused to provide. I later called back again and spoke to Dr. Berger. Before I even had a chance to explain what happened, Dr. Berger went into this whole tirade about "fine don't pay me, just wait until you apply for a mortgage." As if I didn't already own a home and was some deadbeat. And like people always call to tell you how they are not going to pay you. Then instead of taking responsibility for himself and his business, Dr. Berger wrongfully submitted a Workman's Comp case to collections. To make matters worse, they flat out lied and tried to collect for the second appointment which I had cancelled. Of course, I told the collections agency to get lost and as far as I know this arrogant Dr. never got paid, becuase he can't listen for a minute. I refinanced my house recently and weathered his pathetic mark on my credit. Dr. Berger gets my worst ever mark for customer service and professionalism and I stand by this review 100%.

Dr. Berger gave me the gift of sight! He is thorough and extremely professional, yet friendly and real. I have been a patient since 1992. I had exotropia,, astigmatism and numerous delicate issues with my eyes. Whether i needed a referral or an exam, Dr. Berger worked with me and FOR me. Payment was not his primary concern. The staff, Diane worked with him for almost 20 years, and Randy is his wife and even forwards calls to her home. I challenge u to find a doctor or staff so talented and dedicated. And by the way, why make an appointment if u don't intend to keep it? You r taking time away from patients who really need the drs. Help and YOU (Not workers comp.)deserve to pay that bill for his (wasted)time. Communication is a two way street. Perhaps u should accept your part of the blame and stop dissing this AMAZING EYE SURGEON!

Do not go to him! The are so hard to get a hold of through phone or email. After getting through to them I only went because there office is so close to my house. I will not be back. I don't think he even check my contact prescription. I told him what it currently was and he assigned me the same prescription after only 2 minutes of examining me. A couple months after the appointment, I need a detailed bill to give to my insurance company. After promising my insurance company for 2 months they fax it, they still haven't and most of the time when my insurance calls to remind them of the bill they don't pick up. HORRIBLE! I'd rather drive an hour then go back to them.
