WATCH THIS Company concerning your BILLING! You obtain coverage for your visit. The laziness of the company and NOT contacting ALL BILLING PARTIES before just throwing bills on innocent patients. If some patients fall for this FRAUD of these irresponsible people, I guarantee they will take funds from innocent Disabled people & Still obtain from the CORRECT BILLING PARTY; wouldn’t Refund the disabled/elderly funds back. They Most likely will STEAL FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE! The UF Students aren’t the Best. Might be better to cancel the NEXT appointment. Allowance of more ignorant students is making the company look bad.

Always a great experience. I love all the decor and his celebration of Cheistmas and Halloween. Staff is comprised of many young aspiring medical people, physicians.

I was treated great with the upmost service. Everyone, from the doctor to front desk personnel, was competent and friendly. Would definitely recommend! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the wait (but luckily they made up for it with their service).

Every time I visit Dr Fanush it only further confirms what I felt the first time I was there; that he and his office staff are absolutely amazing. ! I recommend him and his staff 100% !I drive an hour and a half to see him , and I would drive 2 1/2 hours if I had to!

Blonde Female doctor (working 7/8/2023) was incredibly rude and refused to help me. I went to inquire about getting a refill on a medication a previous doctor at this establishment had provided me to temporarily help an issue being caused from something else that they were unable to treat. I am traveling the next few weeks and wanted to make sure I had enough until I could go to a specialist for the larger issue, but this female doctor refused to help me acquire this medication and, when asked for another solution, refused to give me one and told me I didn’t NEED to fix the issue even though these symptoms are negatively affecting my everyday life. She also said she wouldn’t give them to me anyways because my symptoms were not present at the moment (because I had been taking the medicine given to help this and it was clearly working). When I asked to speak to someone else, she said “no because I am the doctor on duty” and refused to help me further. She was incredibly rude and may have discriminated against me because I am a young, Native American woman. Do not come here.

Came to this urgent care for migraine. The check in process was good and was brought back to a room. The doctor walked in and instantly knew it was not going to be a good visit. She was extremely rude and told me that she would place an IV, give me fluids and give me pain medication. I explained that I was an extremely hard stick, and she did not care. I allowed 2 different people to try to get an IV with no luck. By this time, I was in tears, and I asked if I could get the meds by IM injection. The doctor said absolutely not, that is what she was going to do. She told me that I needed to go to the emergency room right down the street. They did refund me the copay amount that I paid. Once outside a lady came out and said they had another office and if I wanted to go there and see if that doctor would do the IM medications that would be an option for me. Told her I would try it. I got to the other office I was met by a very rude receptionist that said that I would not be getting any of the same meds from the last office. I asked why and she would not give me an answer. I don't understand why they would say to go to the other office and then get there and them say no. I will not be returning to this office ever again and will be spreading the word that they treat people with disrespect. Maybe they need to invest in a vein finder.

I just had the best experience of any medical place I've been to. I went in with a couple issues, one being an abscess. The lady at the counter was so sweet And I literally only waited 5 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Draper was who saw me and she was the best doctor I have ever had. She cut out my abscess right there and made sure I got an appointment immediately for my other issue that she couldn't do at this location. The nurses were incredible. For one of the most painful physical things I've endured, they made it the most painless and pleasant experience!!

The staff was professional and pleasant upon entering the office. Questions were answered. The Medical support staff always addressed me by name and acknowledged me, discussing my eye exam. Dr Shoss was thorough in laying out options, costs and how procedure occurs.

It was amazing experience! My first time there, I was referred by my medical plan Careplus as soon as I got in the front desk, staff told me to sign in as a patiently waited.
They gave me an appointment, then the best thing of all I received a day before alerts on my phone so I don’t miss my appointments. They called me to remind. And that was awesome too. When I got that day to the appointment, I was able to fill up all the information they need it ahead of time and they did all the test that I needed to do.
I don't understand why they made bad reviews of this clinic, because all their staff from the front desk to their nurses in the back, and the doctor were all amazing.
They explain everything by detail and answer all my questions. In English and in Spanish.
So Grateful! I was able to get my glasses now in two weeks.
Thank you for the amazing staff and doctor.

Dr. Shoss is great but his support staff is terrible. They were supposed to call in a prescription on a Thursday but they didn’t. I called the office many times on Friday but they never answered the phone. I left several voice messages and emails but no one returned my call until Monday. As a result, I went FOUR days without treatment for a very painful eye disorder.
And shockingly, one of the techs hung up on me when I voiced my frustration about the situation. She was rude and very unprofessional.
I have left the practice because of this issue and found another ophthalmologist.

The service and quality are above and beyond expectations. Randa Djabri is very Friendly, Knowledgeable and Professional. Actually, she came to the shop an hour early in the morning as per my request. Appreciate her flexibility. I got my Progressive Lenses. Definitely I can recommend Syn-Optic Eye Care to my family and friends.
