There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to Florida Vision Technology! Everyone on their team is simply amazing! As a Teacher of the Visually Impaired, I have had the privilege of working very closely with several of their team members throughout my ten years of teaching. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide various levels of support at all times. They have made it possible for several of my students to obtain assistive technology throughout the years which has tremendously enhanced their education and helped fostered their independence. From a variety of handheld magnifiers, video magnifiers, glasses, high contrast/large print keyboards, Braille notetaking devices, Braille embossers, bold-tip writing pens, large print calendars, Braillers, etc., they have been there to provide support, every step of the way! Special mentions go to Lesa and Jose who have always shown immense care for me and my students. Lesa’s generosity knows no bounds! She has shown an extraordinary level of kindness towards my students by donating assistive technology equipment to our classroom which we will forever be grateful for. Jose in particular has also continuously demonstrated a willingness to assist my students in the use of their Braille devices. I have witnessed both Jose and Lesa on numerous occasions provide support for their clients even after work hours. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the FVT team. Every interaction I have had with them has been met with smiles, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to help! Thank you to Lesa, Jose, Shurri, Annika, and all other team members of Florida Vision Technology for an amazing job throughout the years!

This was my first visit and from the minute I walked until I left , the service was absolutely fantastic. The staff and Dr Schaffer treated me very kind and they took great care of all that I needed. Extremely happy.

Dr Schaffer is the best! So knowledgeable friendly and really cares. Always goes above and beyond!! So grateful to have found her last year!

Amazing on how personable she was. I was made to feel like a person. Not a patient. The sales staff was also incredibly friendly.

The gentleman that helps you with your insurance info and the optician were great. Unfortunately, my glasses frame arm only lasted 3 weeks and I do keep it in a case. To be fair my insurance only allowed a limited selection within about 40 or so frames but still this is just junk. Why sell them to people that have to trust your selections and judgment? Just three weeks later and NO glasses and NO repair unless you bought their insurance program which probably has deductibles. Offering such cheap flimsy frames will only lead to mistrust and loss of long-term relationships.

Front desk was great. All the doctors and technicians were fantastic’s! At the end with the man that helps us choose the glasses. He insisted that my insurance only covered one pair of glasses until I said well I’m going to call Humana because I always get two pairs. He then conceded and said oh yes you do get two pair. I felt like he wasn’t willing to go that extra mile to inquire about it.

I have been going here for years for annual eye exam & glasses. They do a great job & are very helpful especially Joe with helping you get frames & glasses. Very knowledgeable

The office staff was amazing. They were able to get me in same day for an emergency. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Lang and he was fantastic. He was able to treat my eye injury without any pain. Thank you so much to everyone!

In the past few years, I have seen Lauderdale Eye Specialists for my yearly eye exams and contact fittings. The staff Is INCREDIBLY nice and professional doctors. The staff is always friendly. I’ve always made my appointments early in the mornings so wait time is minimal- usually within 5-10 minutes, What I like about the office is their understanding for the patients needs. Not only the office offer alternatives for the procedures but payment options to get the procedure done. Dr Lang is a great benefactor of the community .He is recognize for many of his patients and businesses. If you are looking for a professional office with experience doctors and management , Lauderdale eye specialists is the place to go.

I've been coming to this office for over four years and I'm always greeted with a smile. I see Dr. Dalia Girgis for my annual eye exam and if I ever have any other issues related to my eyes. She is detail oriented and communicates well. I always feel I'm in good hands when I'm here.
