Good doctor, but some of staff really stinks. The office closes 10 min before it is supposed to and staff will refuse service. This is my second time using vision source, and this is the second time the staff has been reluctant to do their job. I had my glasses done here last year and they messed up my stigmatism measurement and my glasses were messed up for that entire year. This time, after speaking to the staff on multiple occasion, they closed to office and refused to fit me for my glasses, even though they were supposed to be open. At this point, I’m not sure the staff has the ability to properly measure a person for a stigmatize and I will be finding a new location because the staff is not easy to work with . If you want to waste your time with the staff, but have a good doctor, this is the place for you.

The staff and doctors at Vision Source are excellent. In emergency you get immediate attention and for normally scheduled appointments they are on time. I am very satisfied with their attention and professionalism .

I was heading to my appointment yesterday and got lost. I'm new to Florida and was now running late. I called and the nicest, kindest, totally friendly and helpful person answered the phone. Her name is Lexi. She stayed on the phone with me and tried to help me navigate my way to the office. After only a few minutes, I was able to find my way. She.even called the Ruskin office to tell them I was running late. I'm beyond thankful for Lexi, her customer service and overall attitude is so amazing. She is definitely a rare gem in this crazy world!
I was also very happy to have gotten Lori Gilmore as my tech. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. It made my tests so much more tolerable. Lori is one of those people who you're lucky to cross paths with in a doctor's office.

This visit was my pre cataract surgery visit. I was very anxious when I went to the office I had several questions concerning the procedure. The office personnel was charming. So compassionate. They answered all of my concerns and reinforced that fact that if other concerns developed prior to surgery that I would be able to call and speak to a professional who would assist. The office was clean and neat. I was early for my appointment but the staff was able to accommodate me. .

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Reeves and his whole staff. They were courteous and very accommodating. Dr. Reeves answered my concerns about my eyes and let me participate on the plan of how to better care for them. Kudos to you and your team, Dr. Reeves!

Dr. Fidler does a thorough exam, unlike any other place I have been. He takes his time and answers all questions. No rushing you. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, especially with the overwhelming task of picking out frames. They make sure the frames are a proper fit and will accommodate your required lenses. They have an amazing array of frames and sunglasses to choose from and are always on top of the latest styles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for eye care!

Dr. Fidler is awesome! Great demeanor, explains everything so you can understand it. Spent an abundant amount of time trying to problem solve my issues. He's very caring. The facility is clean and it is run efficiently. Highly recommend them.

I went to see doctor Jade P. She is the best, took the time to examine me, go over all my needs, she sent the records to all my doctors at holy cross hospital and Cleveland clinic hospital. Her technician Samantha was very patient with my thoughts of my concerns, she answered my questions, thorough on everything and took the time of the tests she did for me. She was super knowable of the results with the eye doctor.
I 100% too go set an appointment with them and they even took me in the day after because they had a cancellation that came up to been seen.

1. Easy to make an appointment. I did it online and filled out my paperwork at the same time.
2. The interior office is clean comfortable.
3. The intake personnel was friendly and used my information I completed online.
4. The technician that came and got me and did my testing was friendly, professional and calming.
5. Dr Bascone was friendly, attentive,he actually greeted me before my testing and inquired what I was there for. Then he discussed my particular situation after my tests and did some testing himself. He sat down across from me and went over all my alternatives/results.
6. The exit personnel/billing clerk was friendly.

I really don’t know how this place has a 4.9 stars for service if the patient have to do everything themselves and most of the staff all they do is collect payment or try to sell you something. Otherwise they walk away from you.
Wish I could have said a lot more but I have been to many places and met many people to know the difference between good service and when we are just a number and potential profit to their business.
On the other hand, the service and professionalism from the doctor was excellent. On my believe, I was provided the best service.
