You have never met a more caring group of people who are there from beginning middle and end to ensure that your experience is painless, stress, free and effective. When I knew I had to have this surgery done. Dr. Braverman was the only option. I know the reason why he's been in business for so long... His entire office staff understands and provides the best customer serviyes. Having surgery again tomorrow I know it will be stress free and effective. Thank you

Fanny and Lia are super rude. When I arrived to the lobby, Fanny, the old lady, not even look at me, she continues texting about 5 minutes, after with a bad gesture, she sent me to the laser waiting room. Lia the lady in the other room, was so rude and impolite when she explained me the paperwork. She screamed to the next patients, and talked to him like he were a mental retarded. After, she started a personal talking very laud by her cellphone. They shouldn't work attending patients. Jannia the doctor assistant was very nice.

My husband and I were seen at this West Sunrise office in May 2023 and had never been in such a horribly ran medical office. I don’t believe any of these posted high ratings! The 3 women in the front desk were so disorganized, none of them seemed to know what each one was doing. Records (appointment) were a mess; not a single working pen for patients to use to fill up forms. We made our appointment specifically to see Dr. Lane but was seen by another doctor (who didn’t bother introducing himself) who told us Dr. Lane was off for the day. Our appointment was at the same time but they had to have us wait for an hour wait for the other to be seen. We had previously seen Dr. Lane at the East Ft. Lauderdale office and were pretty happy with the service. Your Sawgrass office is much closer to our house but would rather drive many more miles away than be back to your office. Very dissatisfied!!!

Dr Vilatte is the BEST! She's always going above and beyond, and seems to really care for her patients. Sadly she was out of the office the week following my surgery, and there was no one to handle her patients. I called Thursday with some complications, at 9am. At 11am a gal called and took my information, stating someone would contact me. No one has called. So apparently, my concerns, are anything, and waiting until Monday is fine. I sure do miss the care I used to get in MN and WI....this would never happen. Now...we worry all weekend until Monday, because I simply do not know if this 'Normal' I'm on a fixed income, do they pay for a visit to ER if I feel it becomes an emergency??? If my vision is completely ruined, do THEY compensate me for it? Frustrating !

Dr. Epstein is a great doctor I love the trait of my surgery, but the waiting is too long. Last appointment I had to wait over one hour to be seen by the doctor. I went to the front office and said “I believed they forgot about me”. I was told to wait that they would call me shortly. After a few minutes I was called and had to wait more inside the room. The lady who called me told me not in a nice way that I signed a disclaimed saying that with this doctor the appointment runs late, which I understand if it is 20 minutes-30 minutes waiting, but not over 1hour, and this is all about how you say things. She was not polite at all….

Dr. Villate is very nice, but I will not be returning. Every visit over the last almost 2 years I've had to wait longer and longer. If the front staff could let you know to expect that long of a wait, I wouldn't mind as much, but they just tell you too have a seat and you will be called shortly. The staff doesn't seem to care about how behind they are. If they are running this late this often, maybe they should not book so many appointments in the day.

Excellent work team, very professional and friendly. At all times they give clear and precise instructions on the next step to follow. They are bilingual, if you are afraid to speak Spanish, don't worry. I recommend it 100%. 👍 …

Excellent eye doctors, up to date facility, large comfortable waiting room, usually not full. No reason for any qualms in using this medical practice but be advised that the choices of frames and lenses for Medicaid patients is poor. For non-Medicaid patients I would advise you to shop around for your frames and lenses.

Nora is very knowledgeable, educated and well versed. She was very kind to my mom. She had excellent communication skills and her costumer service is excellent! Thank you Nora for all you do.

Dr. Teich is the best doctor that I have seen in a very long time. She was kind, took her time explaining things to me, and really cared about finding the right lenses and medication that worked for me. I wish that more doctors were this great. I’m so glad that I found her.
