Dr. Carla Teich is easily the best optometrist I have ever gone to! I have contact lenses and Dr. Teich puts in the necessary time to make certain I have a perfect fit and prescription. My contact lenses have never been better. She is very patient and extremely pleasant to deal with. Dr Fournier's practice comes highly recommended. In fact, my Primary Care Physician recommended him to me. He goes there himself! I have borderline Glaucoma and Dr. Fournier has been monitoring it to make certain it doesn't progress. All and all, members of the staff are excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Fournier's practice!

After contacting 2 other places, Grace at FT. Lauderdale Eye Associates asked me all the right questions and recommended that I see Dr. Fournier. She was right. I had a cloudy right eye and Dr. Fournier performed Laser Surgery and said that within 24 hours my eye would clear up. If you need an Ophthalmologist He's your man. Dr Donovan is the best. He listens and looks at you when you talk to him. With my glaucoma and cataracts, he is super thorough and explains everything so you can understand what is going on and what is needed. He is doing my cataract surgery next month and I can’t wait!!!

When I called to make the appointment, I was given clear answers over the phone. The morning of my appointment, we were checked-in easily and taken back on time. Every employee we interacted with was kind and professional. Dr. Lopez was very straightforward and clear with his treatment plan. He answered all of my questions and I left feeling well-informed and satisfied.

Expert care, friendly service. Very accommodating. My doctor had 2 month waiting list. Got me in same day for a serious issue. This is my new place!

Dr. Jacob is is very professional and found that I had a slight swelling behind the pupils of my eyes. She recommended drops and now my eyes are normal.

The service is great, the people are helpful. My husband has been coming for years. They have a good selection of frames with good price points. I feel bad bringing the rating down as the service is good and they tried to remedy the issue, but I wouldn’t have gotten my glasses if knew I would have the issue I had. There’s no way to separate the service rating from the product rating. I’m going to pay out of pocket new lenses in my old frames somewhere else and donating the brand new glasses from BJs. Every time I see the new glasses, all I see is that I didn’t get what I wanted and that’s what I’ll see every time I put them on. The frames look great, other than the thicker than usual lenses. The lens supplier appears unable to make thin lenses. I’ve gotten thin lenses in my frames for more than a decade with no issues. We sent my glasses back once for thinner lenses (which I absolutely asked for the first time) and they came back minimally better for the second pair. My prescription hasn’t changed much from my last pair of glasses. In fact, one eye had a lower prescription this time. I wish they had been upfront that the lenses equivalent to my older glasses were not available through their current lens provider and I would have gone elsewhere. Or maybe something with these frames don’t allow the thinner lenses to be used- I don’t know and it no longer matters. If you are accustomed to ordering thinner lenses, ask for the diagram most places show you to make sure you get what you want. My older glasses are about the same size frame, so someone out there does thinner lenses for frames this size.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Speight is knowledgeable and Kim is helpful with picking out frames and ordering. Customer service is great! I would recommend them to everyone.

I love the optometrist here. She is very thorough. Very nice. The problem I have is that BJs optical no longer takes insurance. I had picked out glasses. Ready to purchase and then was told they stopped taking insurance. I was caught off guard. They took my insurance last year. Very disappointed. Now I have to go somewhere else to order my contacts and glasses.
