The team at Fort Lauderdale Eye Care is extremely experienced. The doctor was great, answered all my of my questions. Her assistant who helped me pick out my glasses was super knowledgeable and kind. Even my husband picked out glasses and he wasn’t going for that. They’re very professional and make you feel welcome, highly recommended.

The service I received at My Eyelab was made pleasant and easy because of the service I received from the associate that assisted me. Her name was Claudine. She was professional, courteous and most importantly, she was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I received service in less than half the time that ordinarily was have taken me to have come back on another day. Generally I don’t leave reviews because great service is a part of the job but in this case Claudine made the experience so pleasant that I felt the need to express it.

John was super helpful and quick! I randomly went in with 2 pairs of glasses that needed a quick repair. John took care of both of the repairs immediately when I walked in! I was so pleased with the service and I will utilize them again!

Great place for eyeglasses and great service by their representatives, especially Brand Manager, Andrew Hakko. Andrew goes above and beyond to service his customers. He helped me multiple times with needs when I’ve randomly stopped in the store. He immediately addressed my needs with care, concern, and efficiency. Ask for Andrew, you won’t be disappointed!

I am so glad when I mention that I was getting low on monthly contact lenses and overdue for an eye appointment that my coworker mentioned Dr Schwartz. Then one of my lenses ripped (of course the one with no back up). They fit me in quickly which was greatly appreciated. I've been wearing contacts for about seven years and have been to four other eye doctors. Now I can't imagine going to anyone else!!! Everyone, from the moment you walk through the door until you walk out again, is FANTASTIC! It truly was a mist pleasant experience from start to finish. You will be in good hands should you choose Dr. Schwartz and his team!

I have been seeing Dr. Schwartz for the last 16 years. My eyes have been tricky since I was a child. Not any eye professional will succeed in fitting me with the right prescriptions. He does. Every time. The entire staff is friendly and super professional. One time that my contacts did not arrive in time for me to leave on a trip, two of the ladies drove them to my home as soon as they received them. I was getting on a plane that same day. That alone speaks volumes. They also have a great selection of frames and sunglasses. Great location.

I was in town for vacation and had left my contacts at home. I left a voicemail the night before and got a call back before business hours saying they had my prescription in a different brand, and if I could get an updated prescription from my doctor they would happily provide me with a few trial pairs. They couldn't have been more helpful to someone who isn't even a patient!

After the most rude and unprofessional experience at the Wulton Manors location, I made an appointment here instead. The best decision I ever made. From the front desk to the doctor. Everyone is so friendly while being extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered every single possible question with a smile. Just an overall amazing experience!!

Dr. John Jacobs was a pleasure to interact with. He was very professional, informative, and made my daughter and I feel like we were in the perfect optometrist’s hands for her eye exam. 10/10, will definitely be back again.

I have worked with Lesa and her team for a few different products. They are quite knowledgeable and with their hands on approach they meet each person where they are and help to find the devices and technology that will work best for each individuals specific situation. I have received hands on training and follow up training from Jose who is always available to answer questions or add helpful hints on the technologies. Though communication is not the strongest of suits… They eventually get the job done!
