I had an appointment today at the eye center for 230pm that I scheduled last year when I had my last yearly appointment. Their office called me two days ago to confirm and told me to come 15 minutes early to update paperwork. I arrived at 215 and completed the paperwork. I then sat in the lobby until after 3 pm. I was called back and did a few preliminary tests with a tech. I was then escorted back to the lobby to wait for another room to open to see the doctor. I finally completed my visit with the doctor at 4pm. I was then escorted to the optician center because I needed a new prescription. I have insurance for lenses and frames. I only wanted lenses because my frames are 1 year old. I was then told that if I did not want to purchase frames along with lenses they could not help me. This place needs a serious review by management. Stop overbooking appointments so you can get people in to see the doctor at their appointment time. My time is as important as yours. Also I have purchased glasses before at this location and I have never had to purchase a frame if I did not need one. It makes you think they just want to submit a claim on my insurance.

Dr. Victoria Huynh fitted me with a scleral lens for my bad left eye. I received amazing care and attention , all the way from doctor to staff. It takes a few visits to tweak the fit , and Dr Huynh tweaked me to 20-20 ! She also fitted me for soft contacts for the right eye. Staff trained me on care and lens insertions. They were very patient and super nice. I cannot thank them all enough for a truly positive experience!

First off, I was in this office for HOURS just to see the doctor for less than 10 minutes. I must have seen about 4 different assistants, one does testing, another asks questions, another does the glasses, etc. Meanwhile, they have me moving from room to room, and I do not walk easily.
But this isn’t even the worst part. I check my patient portal later on, and I am “diagnosed” with things the doctor never even told me about! It says these things were discussed that Dr. Mueller did not mention in the 10 minutes I saw her. I tried calling, left a message for a technician to call me back, and never received a call.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is nothing but a scam for insurance money.

We've been going to see Dr. Williams for years now. We travel quite a ways to get to her but the trip is so worth it. I have twins who have some of the same eye conditions and also separate ones. My daughter had surgery in early 2020 to correct a wandering eye and she was just so professional and knowledgeable the entire time, from beginning to end. My son has a hereditary condition and Dr. Williams has never been afraid to order genetic, retinal, corneal, and any other testing she thought would help him. She explains things without being condescending and you can tell she cares about her patients. The front desk lady does little things like complements my nails or my children's behavior, gives them lolipops and uses terms of endearment and is a total sweetheart. Alex who takes care of scheduling has never failed to get me an appointment or call me back. This entire office runs like a well oiled machine. There's a reason the same people have worked here since we started coming. I cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr Williams is the best, she is very communicative and takes great care of me. She checked up on me post muscular eye surgery and gave me great recommendations for after care.

Dr. Williams was absolutely amazing! She got my daughter in within an hour of us calling. She was able to get the tiny particle that was in her eye out and was very gentle and friendly to my daughter. The office staff was super helpful and friendly as well. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!!!!

I took my Dad to see Dr. Huggett for his low vision in one eye. Dr. Huggett greatly exceeded our expectations of what he could do for my Dad's vision loss. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable and was able to determine a script to greatly enhance my Dad's vision. In addition, he educated us about OT for improving vision and look forward to benefitting from that, too. Highly recommend Dr. Huggett and his assistant, Connie!

Thank you so very much for helping me to see much more clearly again. Working with you is more than a pleasurable experience. It is inspirational because of your knowledge and your goodness. Your kindness and generosity of spirit combined with your experience and knowledge made my appointments a gift. I now can read without discomfort in my eye muscles and with my distance glasses can once again drive with confidence. I am so very happy to experience these new improvements in my visual abilities. Thank you and God bless you and yours. Diana Sills-Bailin

I have seen Dr Mines at the Palm Harbor and Bayonet Point Office. The staff very nice. Dr Mines was very kind, did a very thorough and gentle exam and made sure my eye was completely numb for my injection and laser treatment. I did have to wait today, but my other visits, I was seen quickly. Due to all the testing, exams and pictures, each visit lasted about 2.5, which is understandable for all that is done. I would recommend Dr. Mines.
