Great atmosphere! I enjoyed conversing with the ladies at the front. They were very personable and kind. Dr. Igo was great as well. He’s very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning next year!

Doctor Lam’s Saturday schedule allowed me to squeeze in an appointment for my niece who needed glasses asap for her driving permit exam and one for myself. The front office staff was super friendly, you can tell they have been trained well! To me, it’s important because first impression is everything. The eye exam was comprehensive, we were able go walk out that same day with my niece glasses! Doctor Lam really cares about his patient’s eye health. He took the time to explain the WHY. The office was easy to get to, clean, amazing inventory of glasses and sunglasses! I got myself a new pair of sunglasses 😎 After we left we forgot to get the DMV form signed and they were able to get it off the Texas site and emailed it to us with all the required fields completed! This saved me a drive to the office. Overall, I love coming here for all my eye care needs! It’s efficient, clean, and friendly!

The entire staff was friendly, professional and overall seemed to enjoy their job. I learned so much from Dr. Nakamoto (he told me to call him Marvin) about optical strain and muscle memory when I've been wearing glasses for 29 years. I love the option to communicate with the staff via text. Ample free parking. Easy to schedule appointments through the VSP website or directly on Midtown Optometric Groups website as it lists open time slots. Karin helped me find the perfect frames at the end of my exam. Very pleased with Midtown Optometric Group.

The guy who did my eye exam made fun of me because I had mild exzema and dry hands (lotion only helps for 30 minutes) My glasses also took longer to come then what they said but thats fine. I didn’t give this place horrible reviews because it was just one guy working at right vision optical not the whole staff.

Dr. Trent is very professional, considerate, and compassionate towards his patients. He is always understanding of patient perspectives and the importance of patient provider communication. He is also incredibly funny!

The eye doctor and his staff had excellent customer service and my appointment went quickly yet efficiently. My only concern is that a staff member at the front desk could be more attentive in her approach towards customers. The lady with the glasses at the desk who finished my transaction was excellent and kind, but her colleague at the desk was not as communicative overall, especially when it came to informing me of who was supposed to be helping me next after my exam. I thought I had to check out first, so I went up there, but I was met with stares and a dry demeanor before she decided to say something.

The experience I had at LensCrafters was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pair of glasses that not only suited my face shape but also had a flattering color. Their extensive knowledge and expertise were evident, and it didn't even bother me that I was out of network because their dedication and passion for their work were unparalleled. They even took the time to get to know my family and establish a personal connection. Additionally, they addressed all my concerns and provided thorough explanations, delving deep into the reasoning behind their recommendations for everyday glasses.

Both the lovely doctor AND his team are extraordinary! Very sweet, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining how things work. I have had bifocals since I was 3 (47 now) didn't know they had contact bifocals. When he suggested them to me, not only did he explain how they worked, he didn't treat me like a novice. He drew on what I knew as a bifocal wearer and went from there. My mother saw him as well and has nothing but the best to say about the experience. I needed my contact prescription and the staff faxed it in a matter of minutes! Your in GREAT hands here! A+++

I have been a patient of this office since the early 1980's, beginning with Dr. Hunziker, then Dr. Tiller, and now Dr. Watson. I will not be back. Dr. Watson's staff is incompetent and threatens collections.

It was fantastic ! From the front desk to the physician Dr Khator to the gulf coast surgery center. Every single person I met went above and beyond to make me feel human and that what I was feeling ,not being able to see out of one eye ,was not crazy. They scheduled a timely surgery and it has give. Me a new lease on life! I did the panoptix lense and could not be happier. Would highly recommend Dr Pooja Khator. So professional and nice and explained everything. All the ladies doing all the eye tests were great also! Thank you so much.This was done at the Bradenton and Lakewood ranch offices.
