Have had a long term experience with
Dr Sheila Babon.with Eye care.
The entire office is great, caring,helpful,
supportive, informative.
Just had first Laser treatment for
Glaucoma. The entire Staff made me as comfortable as can be under those circumstances.
Follow up is great too❣️

I had an initial eye appointment in July, for new glasses. Was referred to Dr. Pabon for cataract removal. Scheduling was out to October 30th. A little put off but took the appointment. In the middle of October I received a call Dr. Pabon would be doing surgeries that day and the new appointment would be at the end of November. Now, 2 weeks away, I received another call. Dr Pabon is scheduled for surgeries until March of '24! This is totally unacceptable!
I would never refer anyone to a business such as this. I'm back to square one... don't want to get new glasses until I have the surgery, but can't see correctly. Are there no other Doctors at the Eye institute???

What a great establishment. Dr. Pabon is incredible. Great communicator, kind and thorough. Never felt more confident at a Dr visit. Thank you all!

I have been to this place 4 times so far. each time I had to wait for at least 1 1/2 hour. when I ask why the long wait I get a different answer from whoever I ask... the front desk will tell you... 'there was a problem that took time to handle'; the technician said...'understaffing and overbooking' was the problem; Dr Howard said... 'some patients require more time than others'. I saw Dr Howard for a total of 5 minutes.... he seemed rushed... probably had to get to that patient who needed 'more time' . I found the Dr and most of the staff here to lack understanding and compassion and could care less about the patient's time being wasted

My wife and I came in for an appointment with Dr Howard- Diane Hooten and met Laura at the front desk. She was so professional, so pleasant and kind. Diane and I agreed her smile would light up a room and her spirit truly reflects St Luke’s and what the stand for to us. She was a breath of fresh air!!
We also met Hannah, she was so helpful to Diane and so very professional. She fits the standard we’ve come to expect at St Luke’s after coming for so many years! I’ll bet Dr Howard is happy to have such a competent, professional and kind supporter like Hanna. Diane had her check up and had her lens laser Ed, what a great visit it was. What wonderful people there professional and kind, don’t see that many places any more!!!

The staff and the medical environment are just great. I would have given five stars but I am not satisfied with the lenses I had implanted. I spent $9,000. on the Panoptix. With those lenses my distance and intermediate are very good. The near for reading is disappointing and requires readers. And, I have auras and rings around oncoming headlights at night. Sometimes an overhead light at a restaurant will cause this also. My wife spent $5,000. and is pleased with her lenses because she knew she would have to wear readers. One of my neighbors opted for one lense for far and one for near and is very pleased. I wish I had done more research on the lenses. Overall, my vision is much better. Maybe my expectations were too high for the Panoptics.

The entire staff is very friendly, efficient, and patient. They do a great job of getting you ready for the doctor to come in and check the test results. As for Dr. Boyce, she is excellent. I highly recommend Eye Site of Tampa Bay for your vision needs.

As a caregiver i have to say this is one of the best places in the area to be seen. They have taken care of my mom for at least seven years now i think if not a lot longer. She has had one surgery years ago with them and they have kept watch on her eye pressure, glaucoma and cataracts. Everyone here is always nice, they don't beat around the bush with thing's as they know right away what is covered what is not etc. They use everyone's time efficiently. If they say they will call they will call and your not waiting weeks to hear something. If they can get you in sooner they will. They also have compassion. If you don't hear well they wont talk to you like you are dumb and they take time to make sure the patient knows what is going on and will take time to follow up with other providers. today they noticed a scheduled mistake made by her pcp office and we were able to quickly get it sorted. I cant say enough good things about everyone at this location. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Lusk is excellent and listens to what you have to say. She is very professional and knowledgeable about what needs to be done and looks ahead for results too. Love her staff and office techs too. Great place all around.

I had a great appointment today. Doctor Hossenlopp is great at communicating and explaining. Stephanie was fantastic.
I was given a selection of frames to look at and pick from. Terry who did the fitting explained all of my insurance coverages and was fantastic with the recommended additions Terry was also very helpful with processing a warranty on an old pair of glasses Great office. Wonderful service all around.

The receptionist was very helpful, the rest of the staff are terribly rude. I asked the gentleman that was sizing my glasses if the Doctor wrote me a script, he got all upset and said something to me that I won't repeat. Someone is going to punch that
A-hole right in the nose. The entire staff will not answer questions , you can forget about getting an eye exam, alls they do is fit you for expensive glasses. The joint is nothing more than a high priced glasses mill .
I would highly advise you to seek other optical options.
