Very helpful and efficient visit

Robert Hoffert, OD was a very polite, professional and friendly person. Happy that I had him as my doctor. It was a pleasant experience in the morning. I am so happy that I became a new patient with St Luke because all the staff were so friendly and courteous.

Dr. Hoffert took the time to get my "slow to focus" eyes the correct prescription. He also spent a good amount of time with me to explain my current eye situation and helped me understand how to prevent future eye issues.

I accidentally drove to the wrong Target store, and the staff were so understanding, patient and kind, that they were still able to see me and extended grace on the late fee. I am so appreciative. The optical tech and the optician were kind and professional, and did a great job explaining everything. The folks at the front desk were so helpful, adeptly helping with the insurance questions that I had. I would recommend to anyone! I LOVE that they count contact lenses as your first pair of glasses, so that you can get the discount on both contacts and glasses for those of us who wear both!

Went in to get my glasses fixed. Got a new crew in and tightened free of charge. Ladies were super friendly and helpful! Also found out there’s Smart glasses now! So cool!

Easy to make an appointment, everything was communicated to me for the entire process. The doctor was awesome! I felt heard and very taken care of. It really seemed like she wanted me to have the most success with my prescription because my astigmatism makes everything finicky. Moving around and finding any new healthcare providers sucks, it’s always great to luck out on the first try.

Love this place. From the Exam to picking out what glasses worked for me was so easy. Each person was gracious and helpful especially as I am in a wheelchair. Derek imparticular helped me understand how my Insurance could get me the best frames and lens for me. His patience and professionalism was impressive. So grateful.

I was visiting locally and a retaining screw fell out of my glasses. Which I was unable to find. I dropped into these guys on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could help.They sorted it out very fast and efficiently and within 2 minutes my glasses were fully functioning again. Very polite and helpful staff. Definitely worth going to if you need help with your glasses.
