My 85 year old mother in law had a 1:30 appt. We arrived around 1pm and she finally saw Dr Pro at 4pm. While waiting in the waiting area for 2.5hrs I observed the front desk staff watching tv. I suggested maybe calling to let patients know they’re running 2.5 hours behind before they get here and have to wait in the warm lobby. (They pretty much laughed… “We don’t do that”.). The waiting area was so full there were no seats. When she finally saw Dr Pro we expressed concern about the extremely long wait times and he very rudely said “Look, I can see you now or you can come back”. I’m shocked he wasn’t more empathetic after someone waited so long to see him. I would have been embarrassed if that was my office. ‼️ HIGHLY SUGGEST SCHEDULING THE VERY 1ST APPT OF THE DAY, or CALLING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ON TIME. Very inconsiderate of Dr Pro to leave senior patients waiting so long. If the back office staff had a more efficient front office staff we could have possibly had a more positive experience.

Dr. Patel is AWESOME! He is kind, caring and truly cares about how his patients are doing. My whole family goes to see him every year and we love him. I highly recommend him!

Was on a work trip and my glasses broke, and i didn’t have enough contacts. Doc took me in, gave me an unprecedentedly positive experience, and got me in and out within 30 minutes with a brand new set of contacts. This is where you go to ger your vision needs down.

I had a great experience with Dr. Obi today! He was very patient treating my special needs child. He explained everything, answered all my questions and was very helpful. I will definitely be back when he recommended.

They have a great selection of frames and friendly and helpful customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost of the frames and lenses… much better than lens crafters or my optometrist! The purchasing experience was hassle free and quick too! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Been using EyeCenter Optometric for several years. The eye exams have been great as well as the optometry department, up untill recently, but I've had an ongoing problem with mistakes made on orders and a lack of communication. Every week I called to check on the order on these glasses and they told me they'll come in next week and I'll get a call. No call. When I go in to ask I'm told that they are having a problems with the lab. Not sure what's going on but it can't be just the lab there has been very poor communication, and it's been a month at least and no follow-up or updates.

I’ve been a long time patient of this location, the new doctor is fantastic. She’s very attentive, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. She caught a chronic problem that the previous doctor never even mentioned to me and after my appointment she casually asked what my job was and after I told her she pulled me back into the exam room to give me more specific information about the risk of high impact job activities that could affect my eye health. She really cares about the health of your eyes.

Came for an appointment that was scheduled only to find out that they do not accept my insurance even though I gave all the information at the time I made the appointment. Receptionist was courteous but the optician was not. Derogatory … More

Dr Pulaski is a great doctor he knows everything about eyes and he is very smart I think it’s a great place to come to visit

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor. He always takes time with you, no mater how much you need. Very personal, extra caring and professional. Staff were very friendly and effective. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
