Always professional. Always friendly! I started coming to this office over 10 years ago when a friend and I stopped in to get some assistance with sunglasses, they went above and beyond with their help. I haven't gone anywhere else since!

Great service and everyone is so professional. They give honest opinions with help picking out frames. I've been coming here for years and everyone is super helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Jennifer and Jean greeted me upon arrival. I was called back in no time at all. Dr. Rosenfeld was very welcoming and professional. Vince was so helpful when choosing my glasses. Overall great experience and I highly recommend them!

I brought my 91 year old mother to Newsome Eye for a new prescription and glasses. Tara, Cory, Michelle, and Dr. Wasikowski were all friendly, professional and most importantly when taking care of such a senior citizen: patient. They answered her questions clearly and understandably. She felt truly taken care of, and as her son, that’s all I could ever ask. Thank you to those fine four folks and Newsome Eye!

Such a warm and welcoming office. The staff is so caring and personable. Dr. Gindi is always very thorough and discusses all of your options. And Kevin is so knowledgeable and patient with each client. Their amazing team and their expertise with eyes are beyond expectations. I wouldn't trust my eyes or glasses anywhere else.

I cannot be happier with the service and final product of very specialized eye glasses that I purchased from the optical division of Healing Eye. Working with Kevin was a pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable and certified in many aspects of optical eye care. His knowledge base is far superior and advanced from the average neighborhood optical shop.providers. He is kind and patient. The office is bright and welcoming in addition to its convenience and easy parking options. Do not hesitate to visit Healing Eye optical division.

All the staff were Very Patient with my 81 year old mother. Thorough exam & Dr Nora really knows her stuff. I am usually critical of doctors, hate going and am rarely impressed. She is the best. I was especially impressed by her no pressure attitude. Not about the $ for her.

I saw a young doctor I believe her name was Nora Cochran or something like that. She went off on me because I hadn't seen a primary care doctor in a long time and didn't answer any of my questions. She gave me eye drop medicines that were not covered by my insurance. When I tried to tell the receptionist about it, I was ignored. I went to Robson Eye and it was like night and day. That doctor took plenty of time to answer my questions and had a plan that seemed way better than Nora's. His assistant Sarah was great also . I think the worst thing about Nora is I let her know my partner had passed recently, hoping she would let up on me a little and after a quick acknowledgment of the loss she then went on to say that was all the more reason I needed to see a primary care doctor to handle my grief. LOL. I do not think that is a good idea as I do not think drugs handle grief and I'm wondering if she's on some of those now. How she treated me is one of the reasons I don't really want to see a traditional medical doctor unless I must. I hope she receives some good communication courses and one on Compassion or the Golden Rule in the near future. I'm pretty sure she would not have been okay with being treated the way she treated me.

The doctors and all the employees work well together as a team. I was impressed with how kind each one I had contact with was from my first phone contact when I called for an appointment through the surgery and follow up. Dr. Weinstock was great doing my first cataract surgery. I look forward to getting the second eye completed soon. I was very nervous the first time, but everyone was wonderful. It was easier than I anticipated.
