I think that The Eye Institute of West Florida has superb doctors, technicians and office staff. They are skilled and caring people working as a great team. Dr. Cori Brodsky made me feel at ease and comfortable during pre-op. I would definitely recommend this place.

Pleasant experience start to finish! Warm welcome from Yvette at the front desk and checked in promptly. Christiana, my tech, was professional and made the routine check up very smooth and simple. Dr Keats was thorough and made sure I understood everything he had to say. Margaret and Lori both answered all questions about what my insurance covered, frames and add on’s before making my final selections. Was a patient at my last Dr for 20+ years and switched when I got new insurance, glad to have my new Dr so quickly.

Dr. Keats is the best. He gives thoural exams and very knowledgeable in his scope of practice. The staff is very good, kind and respectful. Margaret is so good at fitting my new frames and lens. High-quality. Highly recommend Northwood Vision for your optical care.

This is a small practice that allows for great service. Dr. Keats and his team really make their best effort to ensure that every patient receives a great deal of information about their case and allocate the right amount of time to each patient. In a sense, Northwood Vision reminds me of the time when you were able to develop a personal connection with your doctor. This is an experience that cannot be found at large corporate chains. I’ve been seeing Dr. Keats for about three and a half years, and every time I leave very satisfied with his professionalism. As long as Northwood Vision continues to provide this high quality service, I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my eye care.

I love this practice so much! The whole team is so friendly and helpful. They greet me warmly every time and always do a great job. My kids see them now too and they have been so wonderful with them. The whole staff came out at my appointment to tell me how much they love my boys 🥰. Dr. Jan is so great and I am glad she picked some amazing people to pass the baton to.

We could not be happier with our experience with Dr. Petro and his staff. I called to make an appointment for my son, and Selena got him scheduled within days. She promptly sent the necessary paperwork over via email and was very friendly on the phone. The office is easy to find, with ample parking. We were greeted by friendly faces inside, and did not have to wait long in the comfortable waiting room (with couch, tv, and some toys). Dr. Petro made my son feel extremely comfortable during the process and was very thorough in explaining his findings, and our next steps. I highly recommend this practice.

This is an amazingly friendly and professional optometrist office! Best one I’ve been to in my life, seriously, and I’ve lived in 4 different States. If you or your child needs a checkup, glasses, or contacts - this is the place. My four-year-old son had his first exam here as well and loved it!

Have had a long term experience with Dr Sheila Babon.with Eye care. The entire office is great, caring,helpful, supportive, informative. Just had first Laser treatment for Glaucoma. The entire Staff made me as comfortable as can be under those circumstances. Follow up is great too❣️ Thank you to all❣️

I had an initial eye appointment in July, for new glasses. Was referred to Dr. Pabon for cataract removal. Scheduling was out to October 30th. A little put off but took the appointment. In the middle of October I received a call Dr. Pabon would be doing surgeries that day and the new appointment would be at the end of November. Now, 2 weeks away, I received another call. Dr Pabon is scheduled for surgeries until March of '24! This is totally unacceptable! I would never refer anyone to a business such as this. I'm back to square one... don't want to get new glasses until I have the surgery, but can't see correctly. Are there no other Doctors at the Eye institute???

What a great establishment. Dr. Pabon is incredible. Great communicator, kind and thorough. Never felt more confident at a Dr visit. Thank you all! Michael

I have been to this place 4 times so far. each time I had to wait for at least 1 1/2 hour. when I ask why the long wait I get a different answer from whoever I ask... the front desk will tell you... 'there was a problem that took time to handle'; the technician said...'understaffing and overbooking' was the problem; Dr Howard said... 'some patients require more time than others'. I saw Dr Howard for a total of 5 minutes.... he seemed rushed... probably had to get to that patient who needed 'more time' . I found the Dr and most of the staff here to lack understanding and compassion and could care less about the patient's time being wasted
