Very kind and helpful. I go every two years to check on my eyes and get new glasses. I tend to forget when I saw the doctor last and always call to check up and see when I can go back in. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for eye care.

I have been well served by Eye Associates since 2019. I always feel cared for in a professional and friendly way. The staff is calm, competent, and courteous. My eye surgeon embodies a combination of medical excellence and genuine humanity that is rare. I have gratitude and appreciation for their comprehensive care.

Had a wonderful time at Oliver Opticians. Dr. Le is amazing and really took the time to explain everything to me in depth. The people were so sweet and helpful with my glasses. Keiry and Yodit were so nice and patient with me when it came to picking out my frame and made sure I understand what was going on my glasses. Great people, great service. Would recommend to everyone!

These ladies are great. I dropped into their location because I was running out of Bausch & Lomb Bio True multi purpose solution. I did not bring enough with me on my trip to Austin. They were able to find some in their inventory and saved the day for me. They even gave it to me at no charge. I really appreciated it! Thank you Eugene, Calgary Canada

My eye examination was thorough and the professionalism of the staff was exceptional- very friendly as well. This was my first visit and I now consider Dr Felver of Atlantic Eye Institute my provider. I recommend this provider to anyone who needs an eye exam and follow up.

Hung up on me when I said I wanted to schedule an appointment and that I had Medicaid then didn’t answer my calls when I called back. Clearly they aren’t trying to serve members with CERTAIN insurances.

Very friendly eye doctor and cares about your vision. The receptionist is friendly also and so respectful. I recommend you too this optimist for your vision. Very trustworthy been going here for years.

Found this place when I visited T-mobile next door and so glad I did! Both the doctor and the staff are great and very professional. They really tried to accommodate you even when you don't have an appointment. The doctor was patient and thorough during the exam. She really takes her time during the prescription test and make sure that it feels right and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The walk me through the whole process from picking out the right frame to recommending the appropriate lens for my prescription and needs. It didn't take too long before my glasses were ready. Will be back with my family and definitely will refer friends here.

I wouldn't recommend visiting this lens crafter location or consulting with the doctor, given my frustrating experience and the lack of understanding regarding medically necessary contact lenses. Look elsewhere for more competent and patient-focused eye care professionals in the South Bay. The doctor lacked understanding of medically necessary guidance, refusing to qualify me despite my spectacle prescription exceeding the threshold (and have been qualified 2 years straight prior). She failed to assist, citing concerns about reimbursement and implying the process would be costly. Fortunately, there are more professional doctors in the South Bay who comprehend the rules, and I was able to get through the process with a breeze.

Dr Fierro came highly recommended by my glaucoma specialist. He is knowledgeable, kind and efficient at his work. Also nice he is in Costco as they have great prices on contacts and glasses.
