First time here and it was a great experience! Dr. Hall was super kind, thorough, and helpful. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come here.

No cookies or coffee, but an exceptionally skilled surgeon. Still need sutures out but so far great results and I can see clearly from my total eye area without always making a face to open my eyes! Cannot wait for sutures to be out. Highly recommend this physician, he's got a tough job and he loves it--it shows.

I called this morning to make an appointment for a complete eye exam. I saw their new office this weekend on McMullen Booth only 5 miles from my home. I told her I would like to make an appointment for exam told her what my insurance was and more than once she asked to you have vision insurance I told her I get one free eye exam yearly and it’s a 35 co pay after for visits. Then she said something about 200.00 dollars again I explained my insurance and suggested she checked if they excepted my plan. No response. She then asked me if I wear contacts I said yes. Well if you want eye measurement for contact prescription you have to go to Largo we do not have equipment here at this location. I was so stunned by this. Build a huge new office and they do not have equipment to handle a simple contact lens prescription. Totally ridiculous. I said I will continue to look for someone who can accommodate my needs she said that’s fine.

The office made setting up my procedure super easy. They worked with my insurance and were exceptionally helpful making sure I was comfortable and had any and all questions answered before the procedure. Dr. Mohadjer is amazing. She is a master in her craft matched with a kind comforting bedside manner. I would recommend her to all family and friends.

Unprofessional is a single word I'd use to describe this practice. I've been seeing Dr. John for just shy of a year now for my eye disease. I have to go fairly often to ensure my eye isn't worsening. Today was one of those days where I have a comprehensive review. I arrived early for my 10AM appointment. I paid my copay and they said they'd get me back to Dr. John shortly. 5 minutes passed and I did a vision test and then an eye pressure test. After that, they sent me to the eternal waiting room and kept all of the patients in the dark about the awful reality happening behind the scenes. This practice is supposed to have multiple doctors and you will usually see the same doctor because they know you and your condition(s). Well today transparency went out the window and I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the second waiting area for them to never call my name. I asked at 11:20AM when I'd be seen and they told me I was still 5 patients behind (10AM appointment). I went to the front desk to reschedule and then they informed me that their practice with MULTIPLE doctors only had one in today (not even the doctor I was scheduled to see). During the check-in and all of that they never once mentioned this. So I paid my copay to see a different doctor and not a single time did they tell me mention a potential delay or that my doctor was out of the office. They didn't call me or anything either to try and reschedule. Instead they had one doctor seeing EVERY SINGLE PATIENT for the doctors that were out. I ended up going to the front desk and asking for a refund/reschedule, but honestly after this experience and the way the staff didn't inform anyone waiting about their doctor being out is beyond unprofessional and I am looking for a new doctor. If you had called me or told me when I arrived, I would have rescheduled, but you didn't even have the decency to tell me that the only doctor I've seen at this practice was out. Truly disappointed to have had such a bad experience. I can say that another patient had an appointment at 9AM and was leaving as I was getting in the elevator and also complained about how bad his wait was.

Best eye service care in the Tampa Bay Area! I have seen each physician and each time my visits have been nothing short of excellent! If you are in need of eye surgery, look no further. These doctors have changed my life and I couldn’t be more thankful for them! Thank you Dr. Michaelos’ for giving me too notch care and treating me like family.

This was the absolute worst experience at any Dr office I have ever had!!! I had a 1040 appointment. I showed up at 1030. I had both of my children with me. The technician was lovely and saw me within a reasonable wait time. I was then asked to have a seat to wait for the Dr. I sat out in the main lobby with my kids as there wasn’t much seating in the Dr wait area. I sat there until 1230 and asked when I would be called and they said I was up next. I waited again until 1250 and asked again when I would be called and they took me back. I sat w my kids in the room for exactly 20 minutes bc I am sure at this point the Dr took his lunch break and I was forgotten!! I left at 110 and no one even paid attention to me walking out!!!! This was clearly too many people to be seen. Either the Dr didn’t care for me or my time, or the office over booked for am appointments, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I did receive a phone call at 118, now the Dr is ready!! No thank you!! I’ve been very patient!!

We had walked in just to get information on using our insurance to purchase glasses. We had no plans on purchasing anything on our first visit. We were greeted by Tani at the front desk. She was so helpful and looked up our insurance information. She was able to answer our questions and show us the frames that would be covered by our policy. She made it a simple and fun experience. They have a very wide selection of styles and reasonable prices. Tani helped pick some frames and made it easy to ask questions. We were then introduced to Jackie. She took our prescriptions and throughly explained our lens options and costs. Jackie was also so friendly and helpful. Overall we felt welcomed and well informed to make the best decision. We both purchased our new glasses. Thank you Tani and Jackie you are both excellent at what you do and made it simple to shop at your store. We would highly recommend Pearl Vision in Clearwater.

I got new lenses from Arlene at Pearle and she had to fix my frame while we waited. It was an emergency since it was Saturday and I had to go to San Francisco on Monday. Arlene and Jackie were amazing and took care of us by repairing the frame and setting the lenses on a busy day before they closed. They both stayed late to take care of me and they really saved the day! Thank you so much!!
