Dr. Doyle is a superb health care provider! He is always professional and compassionate. His staff is exceptional, especially Stacy. I cannot say enough good about this practice!

Very friendly! She spaces her appointments out perfect so I'm never waiting very long. Communication is wonderful and she makes sure I'm leaving happy, with no questions or concerns. Making appointments is very easy!

Wonderful staff, optician and doctors! Also the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. I had no idea going in for an eye exam could make my day. Everyone should come here! It’s a very calm and pleasant place with lots of amazing frames too :)

I wish I could give more stars. The whole team is excellent. Sheanan, Regina, Lindsay, and Evanne are all such beautiful humans. Dr.Avila is top notch.. check them out. Great prices and work with you. Everyone is very knowledgeable.. definitely recommend... Update.. I went in to get adjustments for my glasses and upon entry I was immediately greeted and helped by Bellami. She directed me to Erica who did a great job fixing my frames. One of their techs Nathan came out and looked at my eye as I had a hair in it. Again overall unbeatable service.

Easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Check-in smooth,; was seen within 5 minutes of arriving; thorough (annual) examination; clarity on all results from pleasant assistants and Dr. Jahnle. Great group of providers. Only problem was finding parking in a very full garage. Hope Riddles' construction moves along more quicky.

I drive from the Northside of Jacksonville clear down to the Southside because I thoroughly trust Dr. Stam... and his team! Been a customer there for over 10 years now! I made a terrible mistake using someone closer to get my last set of glasses and will NEVER do that again! I would also recommend to anyone, if you want professional service and a great and friendly atmosphere to go see Dr. Stam and his team!!!

The Dr is excellent no complaints what so ever. Just wish the staff was a little more helpful with picking frames and what not. Other than that no complaints.

Well I've had to change my rating from a five star to a one star. I wouldn't even give a star if I could give a zero. The first time that I went there, the lady who helped me was professional and helped me pick out my glasses. I got them and about a week, I noticed that the coating started falling off. At the time, I was using the eyeglass cleaning pads. But after they started flaking, I started using dish detergent. But the glasses are not the reason why I'm leaving this review. I went there today just to have my glasses adjusted They man who helped me was polite and I was asking him about getting new glasses this year. He told me to step over to the computer and he would look my insurance up. Well, I step over there and this lady who wasn't even helping me started asking me personal questions that wasn't even pertaining to my eyes or glasses. She had her back toward me fooling with folders and I could her her mumbling. I don't know if she wasn't talking about me to someone else or what. But this was the weirdest visit that I've ever made to an optical department or any other medical facility. Needless to say, I will not be using this optical department again. It's literally sad how bad customer service is since I had to stop working. If you want to be respected and your business appreciated, go somewhere else to buy glasses.

I had a great experience here. I saw Dr. Stallone, he revised my contact lens prescription, which is perfect and it was quick and easy. I was worried when I saw the bad reviews. One of the women at check out was really rude but the one who helped me was great. I did have issues scheduling the appt online. My 1st appointment was cancelled and it was very difficult to get it rescheduled but my experience once there was great.

Very efficient practice. Everyone was lovely. Dr Haresh was impressive in both his examination and explanation. Patiently answered all my questions
