SWFEC doesn't care about their customers. First after waiting three weeks for an appointment, I was told after waiting for 45 minutes to see the doctor that they wanted to dilate my eyes and then have me wait for another hour before he could see me. Thanks but no thanks. Sit in some dark room with my eyes messed up for an hour? I think not. Watch when they auto-respond with some positive response like "Thanks so much for the feedback. I have spoken to the team and we are going to get right on fixing those issues." They don't care about their patients. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. Don't go here.

Would NEVER recommend anyone to this location. This is giving them a second chance. This past appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I get in and the lady at the desk was very rude. I tried to make small talk but she wasn't having it, didn't even acknowledge me. There was a man there that had been waiting for over an hour. He asked the receptionist if she knew what was going on and what the hold up was. She looked at him, told him she didn't know and that was it. Come to find out the lady was in with another doctor and patient translating. Don't you think they could have told him that instead of making him wait for over an hour?! Whenever I was waiting two office employees were heard screaming at each other from the back. Bad enough that the guy that was helping people get glasses had to go back and check on them. When i finally got into my room, the girl didn't even ask me any of the eye questions. She goes "oh you look so young, you don't have any of these issues." Who are you to tell me I do not have any eye issues? Do your job and ask me the questions needed no matter how old I am. Also made a "it's Friday" excuse. Finally get through to see the doctor and get around to picking out glasses. It was coming around to 5 o'clock and I felt like i was getting pushed out the door. Not my fault this location takes forever to see patients. Please I warn you, DO NOT go to this location.

Only one optician and multiple people waiting to order. He told us it takes approximately 15 minutes to order. Not including the time it takes for him to tell intermittent stories like his roommate with a dust allergy. I'm only picking up, not even ordering, but have to wait behind multiple orders. It's the last hour of business and no sense of efficiency or urgency. THEN was told it's not even at this office after waiting nearly an hour and was emailed it's here at Cape office. Now I have to hurry to the Fort Myers office. The front desk lady that was doing nothing the past hour could have at least checked to see if the order was there instead of putting everything on one optician. Terrible experience.

I am so disappointed with this office and will not refer anyone. From the start it took 3 months to even get my daughter an appointment. Then at her appointment we did find out she does need glasses and when we tried to get the prescription filled the internet was down. I was told that I would receive a phone call to go over details of what my insurance would cover and that was a week ago today. I have called 3 times since her appointment date with no phone call back. Absolutely ridiculous! I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

The waterfront location has a fantastic selection of high end and artisan brands. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I feel like I’ve finally found the perfect eye doctor. They are always very welcoming, courteous, and professional here. You get personalized attention, and Dr. A takes her time with you. I never feel rushed, or like I’m a no name patient who is there just to keep the business open. She listens to my concerns, and is always a good sounding board, and voice of reason when it comes to my eyesight, something many of us take for granted! They offer a great selection of frames, both reasonably priced as well as big name designer frames. The team is also very good at directing you into a look which you may not have considered before.

Dr Saba is a good doctor, but the service is horrible! Thee tried to sell me year frame that sells for usd 320 in every high end store for usd 499, and did not give me a print of my prescription and the itemized bill while they were quick to charge my credit card. It has been 2 days and I am still chasing them for my prescription and itemized bill. If you want to save tune and energy, and your money, stay away from this provider.

Wonderful staff, optician and doctors! Also the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. I had no idea going in for an eye exam could make my day. Everyone should come here! It’s a very calm and pleasant place with lots of amazing frames too :)

Ohhhh. This trip was a mixed bag. First, I tried to call to make an appointment and I was asked to wait and left on hold for 40 minutes. I had the phone on speaker and was working so I didn't realize it until I finished the task. Found out that I could have did it online, why not just say that? I arrive before my appointment, and no one speaks to me even though I am standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Finally someone checks in and I tell them that I have an appointment. The checkin was slow but that was my fault for not having my information prepared. The eye exam was good, no issues. After we are discussing options for my order, there is another customer that keeps calling over the manager ( who was assisting me). Like asking color questions etc, making conversation. She had a salesperson assisting her, why let her interrupt MY experience? She got her way and the manager left me to assist her... the salesperson switched to me but I wasn't feeling it anymore. I was really excited to go here but I don't know if I will return.

I had been to this same location 2 yrs ago and it was an average experience. The people were friendly but it was not an easy, smooth flow from the time we were greeted through the handoff to the optometrist to the glass selection to the fitting and final payment. This time the process was friendly AND smooth and professional! We were not rushed but it was very efficient! Thank you!!! Very well managed:) we will be back!

From the time I arrive, everyone was so helpful. Dr.Matthew was very professional and gave me great feedback. After the exam Elijah was helpful while I pick the perfect frame. Very detail, he told me to choose 4 different frames. Took pictures of me in my frames. I love that extra touch. Thanks for a Awesome visit!
