I gave them an $800 pair of glasses and paid for new lenses. It is six weeks later and I have no glasses. They broke them and I have no lenses and they have not done anything to replace them or tell me when I can expect to have replacement glasses. I asked for the manager on 2 Tap root calls today and the manager was too busy to talk to me about this issue. I would never use these guys guys.

Everyone is very welcoming and polite. By far a wonderful eye doctor. All my concerns were addressed and I left feeling confident. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Booked an appointment for a third class medical renewal 4 months in advance, they called me 3 days before the appointment (and a week before my medical expires) to tell me that the assistant who does them just left for a month-long vacation and they had to cancel my appointment. I've been training for a CFI checkride for 8 months, it was supposed to happen in a week, and this has completely destroyed my training schedule. Won't be back.

My first review was so jumbled that I've decided to re-post now. I would like to warn people about one of the most rude, arrogant and angry individuals I have ever met. I came to him hoping he could help me with a serious vision problem and was greeted with his almost yelling at me saying why did I come there and I nicely responded with "because I read your reviews which seemed so encouraging and then he said "I don't know you and of course he didn't, but he should have given a normal response like "I'll need to get to know you" 7thHe then proceeded to say ""What do you want me to do",again in an angry and rude manner. I answered i came here hoping you would be able to give me some advice" hoping he would show me kind caring, professional demeanor that any normal person would have. I hope you can take my advice and seek someone kind to help you. I am sure his associates are much more qualified 3qualified.say What do YOU want me to do" and all I

The doctor was quick and efficient. My issue with this place is the fact that I’ve waited longer than 3 months and I still haven’t received my glasses. I’ve been told it’s because of holidays and covid but 3 months just seems ridiculous. IF I were to return here I would order my glasses elsewhere

Have been going here for 15+years, Dr. Dillner & the staff are so friendly & thorough with the eye exam. 1 1/2 yrs. ago he referred me to a Dr. for my droopy eyelids for which I had surgery done. Best thing ever! I would highly recommend him to anyone! My husband also comes here, him & the dr. love to exchange hunting stories. Lol, they are all wonderful at Eyecare north❣

Dr. Howell can diagnose my symptom and how he can correct my issue. He is easy to understand and no question is to sm. He definitely knows what he is talking about. surgery on both eyes went well.

Can't say if the care was any good. I waited 10 min to check in despite only one person ahead of me. Then, I waited 1 hour 10 min before I finally decided to leave. The staff didn't bother to give updates about the wait time so who knows how much longer it would have been. Also, I checked in advance to see if they accepted my eye care insurance by calling them. I was told they accepted it. When I checked in, they said they don't take the insurance. Guess I will never know if this place was any good.

I was seen quickly and treated very kindly and professionally. The assistant explained what she was doing every step of the way. Dr. Patel is spends as much time with you as you need and also explained his findings and recommendations thoroughly. Highly recommend!

I had EVO ICL surgery with Dr. Lin last week, and I’m now seeing 20/20. Although there is still a slight astigmatism in my left eye, it doesn’t affect my daily activities. I can finally see clearly without glasses or contact lenses. Before the surgery, I did extensive research because I wanted the best doctor for the procedure—and Dr. Lin is truly one of the best in the country. Every step of the process was smooth and exceptional—from the initial consultation and multiple rounds of eye exams and measurements to the surgery and post-operative care. Dr. Lin and his team were thorough, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire journey. I was very nervous on the day of surgery, but the procedure was quicker and more comfortable than I expected. I only felt some mild pressure during the operation, and before I knew it, it was done. I’m incredibly grateful I chose Dr. Lin for this life-changing experience.
