Jackie at the Clearwater store was incredible! I called to order contacts and she took care of everything so quickly. She was funny and outgoing and a pleasure to talk to. Businesses are all about your contact with their employees and Jackie represents Pearle Vision extremely well.

Dr Chan was amazing. Thorough, diligent and kind. She found an urgent problem with my daughters exam ... went above and beyond to arrange the appropriate urgent care ... kept me informed and reassured. The follow up provider was fantastic , she had an urgent procedure done right away . We are most grateful for her and would highly recommend her . Thank you Dr Chan , with all sincerity !!

The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Elena Chan-Lopez was phenomenal. I felt that she took the extra mile to make sure that everything was fine. I will continue seeing her.

Full Spectrum is such a wonderful, comforting and professional place, to go and have your eyes cared for in the best possible way. Dr Heather Trapheagen is so smart and kind, as well as all the technicians and assistants. I could not ask for a better Eye Doctor. I’m so glad this business accepts my new insurance because I did not want to change my eye doctor!

I’m 46 and have always had excellent vision, now as I’ve gotten older my vision is fading. I hadn’t been to an eye Dr in 30 years. Everyone at Frantz EyeCare was pleasant to work with! Amber was a great help in choosing the right frames for me and helping to get them adjusted properly. My glasses came in quickly and I can now see! I’d highly recommend Frantz to anyone needing Eye care.

We just switched to Frantz after seeing another practice in the Cape for 2 years that we were “okay” with. Dr Johnson is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. I have needed vision correction for 30 years. I wore contacts for 15, then had LASIK and then my eyes changed again after 13 years of being contact/glasses free. I went to two other optometrists in the Cape to be fitted for contacts and glasses again. I had issues with the prescriptions both times and was told to just get used to them. As soon as Dr Johnson looked at my eyes, she said “Your prescription is wrong” - I hadn’t even had the chance to tell her the issues I’d been having. That impressed me immediately. Now I can see well again. She also saw all of my children and was wonderful with them as well - noticing issues in their eyes that had been diagnosed before we moved here but missed by other optometrists in the Cape. I highly recommend Dr Johnson if you are looking for a new optometrist.

My husband and I both had a great experience at Frantz EyeCare in Cape Coral. The staff was polite, professional, thorough, and caring, and Dr. Tammy Johnson was great. She took her time listening to our concerns, and patiently explained any and all procedures and treatments. We would both highly recommend this facility.

It is a big impersonal looking office that provides very personal care. The Tech that completed the first set of tests was great. She was good at her job and quick with positive statements. The Doctor was also very personable and went about his business professionally. I was always comfortable and was kept waiting only a few minutes.
