READ REVIEWS! Beware this is a SHAM
AND SCAM: basically like a prior review mentioned, you go in for a new prescription (I went for contacts and glasses), without asking or informing me that it would cost more money, they perform "retinal imaging" I did not need or want (extra $44). When I checked out (I called twice prior to confirm my insurance covered everything) they told me my total was $150. Lol. What? When I asked why and the extra charges the FAT, rainbow colored hair assistant told me she’d ask the manager to handle it for her. They ended up ripping my prescription and throwing it away because I refused to pay their up charges and didn’t buy anything from them. How is this place still running boggles my mind. The doctor was perfectly professional.

This place is amazing! From the front desk staff, to the physician, you can tell Resolution eye care truly cares about their patients. Everyone is just so kind and knowledgeable! You will not find a better eye care doctor than this facility in Nashville.

I normally don't write reviews much less negative but this one is well-deserved. I originally bought my frames at this location so didn't think twice when I had to get new lenses. Nikki, the Store Manager, assisted me and new lenses were sent for but the lab botched the order by cutting them improperly with too much distortion. Nikki offered to have the lab redo the lenses at no additional charge but if the lab botched it again I would be out $169 so I requested a full refund which Nikki agreed to however, before doing so, she popped out the lenses and threw them away knowing the frames were discontinued and that it would be very difficult if not impossible to fill them elsewhere and failed to inform me of such which seemed particularly malicious to me. I contacted Rob, the District Manager, who informed me that although what Nikki did essentially made my frames worthless, he was not willing to authorize a refund on my frames but allowed me to go back to the store and pick whatever frames I wanted but could find none that were suitable. I called Corporate, speaking with Ashley, but she said policy prevented her from contacting the lab for the dimensions nor would she do more to assist me. All my pleas seemed to fall on deaf ears. Neither Rob nor Ashley would openly condemn what Nikki had done even though it was unethical due to the fact that Nikki knew the frames were discontinued and that tossing the lenses would make the frames worthless. In almost every interaction she was passive-aggressive, flippant, disrespectful and generally gave off bad vibes. She is not only a liability to the store but the company itself seems to validate this kind of behavior by refusing to address it. One more thing to report is that the Walmart Vision Centers at Pleasant Grove and Truxel are NOT supported by Walmart by rather by National Vision, the parent company.
Do not do business with them. You may regret it.

I've visited previously and purchased an arsenal of contact lenses and two pairs of glasses (transitional lenses and prescription sunglasses with name brand frames). I called for pricing due to being self employed and am deciding if vision health coverage is worth paying for versus out of pocket. The immediate person over the phone does not answer any questions about lense rates, therefore transferred me to the intended person, which did not answer and I was promoted to leave a voicemail which I respectfully and politely did, however no return of the phone call to this day. I called back later and have received the information I was asking for after being transferred. I will say that the rates of this place are ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH considering other name brand NATIONAL competitors, not to mention an over two month waiting period just to get an appointment, which other places are delighted to fit me in the same day or the following week.. With this being considered, the vibe recieved is definitely a careless, moralless mentality, which is far too common in today's times, and for that, I'll take my business elsewhere. Just by the feeling I've recieved I've decided to view their rating on Google, which is 3.0 stars, and I can say I absolutely see why.

Set up a eye exam for today. Arrived ten minutes early incase I needed to fill out paper work. The women working frames never looked up to Greet anyone. Just continued with their conversations. I get to the front desk and repeatedly had to give my first and last name only for them to tell me that they called to cancel my appointment yesterday at 9:20am. I have no missed calls no voice mails never received a call. My appointment was canceled last minute because the doctor was on vacation today. I wouldn't be so annoyed if the office was more inviting and the women working check in was more pleasant. If a issue comes up you should have a plan b maybe give the othe DR the work load. Or make sure the people placing the calls actually call. Idk not my monkey not my circus. What I do know is I made a appointment to spite the horrible reviews, and was proven I shouldn't have wasted my time. Well on to the next I doctor.

I love my experience from beginning to end. Not to mention they have a great selection of premium brands I like and prefer. For a busy body like myself, I love that they call and text to communicate for appointments and pickup for my glasses. Definitely will make them my primary care opticians

I would give zero stars if I could.
The exam itself went very well—the doctor was excellent. Unfortunately, everything after that was a complete nightmare.
I was told my child’s glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. When I returned, they weren’t ready. A week later, I was told the frame I selected wasn’t available and it would take another 2 weeks. They also claimed my insurance was “difficult to work with,” which I know is not true—I’ve worked in the optical field before, and this insurance typically has a very fast turnaround.
To verify, I contacted the insurance company directly. They informed me that no order had even been placed by the store. After confronting the store with this information, the glasses “miraculously” arrived within a week—6 weeks after the initial visit. On top of that, the frame wasn’t even the one I chose, but I accepted it since my child urgently needed them.
When the glasses later broke and I requested a replacement, the same pattern repeated. I was told 3 weeks, then delayed again. Once again, my insurance confirmed no order had been submitted. Only after I confronted the store did the glasses suddenly arrive within a week.
This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I strongly recommend going somewhere that values transparency and customer care.

Thank you to the friendly staff for helping me get these amazing glasses. Very professional environment and safe. Doctors are all super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Gabriela she’s very friendly and knows her stuff. They were able to book me in for my contact lens and eye exam . I drive 30 miles + to this location and it’s worth the drive. The place is located in a outdoor mall so you can go eat or shop while your glasses are being made.
