Eddie and the assistant manager were very friendly and helpful. Also u believe Pattie was the other lady that was there and she was nice too. Easygoing experience and it wasn’t super busy when I went on a Monday morning with my boyfriend.

Extremely rude and all about making money. This place should be CLOSED. Worst customer service ever!

Came in to browse frames at 12:30 on Saturday. Upon finding a pair we liked we asked for approximate cost to go ahead and purchase. The technician was really rude and led the conversation with “just so you know we close in ten minutes”. No problem, we will take our business elsewhere!

Friendly and courteous staff. My prescription didn’t change much but my old glasses would fall off and they fixed them at no charge saving me $ on having to buy another pair! Great service

My first visit went great; however my second visit the following week was absolutely awful. Truthfully I think They forgot I was in the patient room. I was alone in there for about 30 minutes, then when I got up to ask “where’s my doctor”, they told me I’d have to wait another 15 minutes! DONT waste your time at this location, I went to the one in the woodlands, and it’s 100% better.

Been going here for years for eye exams and contacts.

Egregious wait times!! Please don’t schedule an appointment unless you have nothing else to do that day. In January I booked an appointment for 8/17 at 11:30am. I get a call 3 days before my appointment asking if I can be moved up to 11:00am. I arrive at my Newley scheduled time and it’s been an hour and a half and I’m just being seen. Due to their poor scheduling the rest of my afternoon appointments are thrown off.
