I walked in to a bright, organized, and clean store. I asked Dan if he would be able to adjust my crooked glasses. He examined the frames, told me about what he could do and the risks. 5 minutes later my glasses were prefect. I appreciate his help and pleasant attitude. I had a great experience in this store.

I recently visited Warby Parker after experiencing some issues with my glasses. Not only did they promptly fix the problem, but the staff also went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customers are truly commendable. A big thank you to Cheyenne for making my experience so positive. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service from Casey and Dan. I bought five pairs of glasses and was expertly fitted and attended to---on a busy Saturday no less. I have purchased multiple pairs of eyeglasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker stores for nearly ten years and am very glad they are now in New Haven. Warby has been my go-to store because much of what they sell fits and looks great and is affordable compared to typical optical shops. Thank You Casey and Dan!

Set up a eye exam for today. Arrived ten minutes early incase I needed to fill out paper work. The women working frames never looked up to Greet anyone. Just continued with their conversations. I get to the front desk and repeatedly had to give my first and last name only for them to tell me that they called to cancel my appointment yesterday at 9:20am. I have no missed calls no voice mails never received a call. My appointment was canceled last minute because the doctor was on vacation today. I wouldn't be so annoyed if the office was more inviting and the women working check in was more pleasant. If a issue comes up you should have a plan b maybe give the othe DR the work load. Or make sure the people placing the calls actually call. Idk not my monkey not my circus. What I do know is I made a appointment to spite the horrible reviews, and was proven I shouldn't have wasted my time. Well on to the next I doctor.

The eye doctor was kind and informative and an older woman who greeted me and set up my appointment was excellent. The initial walk-in is very off putting as almost no one will notice you if u walk into the office. You are invisible and sometimes muted as it will take several waves to a staff member before they will even look at you. I was in there several times and it took my wife making an appointment for me. I was given progressive glasses and had no idea how my glasses work. I was given my glasses and told to have a nice day. A very dismissive staff.

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are very unprofessional, rude, don't answer the phone, but even worse give you an appointment for that day and cancel it. I called Monday morning after going to the minute clinic Sunday afternoon for my eye. They told me to go to the eye dr I went to My Eye Dr in Hamden a couple of months ago with my mom and the first experience wasn't bad. I should have known, a customer barged in and was yelling at the receptionist when I was there. I didn't think anything of it until my recent experience just a couple days ago. I called Monday at 10 am, no answer so I left a very detailed voicemail name number what's going on, if they can fit me in or point me where I can go. I waited a few hours no call back. called again, nothing. I call my primary care dr for advice on what to do since now I'm in excruciating the nurse told me I should go to the eye dr since they have the proper tools to really look because it doesn't sound good. I told her I called early in the morning and again and they never called me back. She said she’ll call, I gave her my eye drs name and number, its now about 4pm she called me back within minutes tells me she talked to them which BIG RED FLAG but i needed help. She asked if i can go at 5 I said of course she goes great I made an appt for 5. My husband was not home from work and because it was last minute we couldn't plan accordingly I paid a 20 dollar Uber to get there since they would probably dilate my eyes and who knows what else. I arrive at 4:37 earlier than the appt. The receptionist with short curly hair and glasses was an older woman, she was very disheveled and confused after multiple times of looking for my appointment she eventually found it, but then said it was cancelled because "THE DR WAS RUNNING BEHIND" and they somehow called my moms number instead of mine and rescheduled for wed, but they didn't talk to me!! So, they verified with someone who wasn't the patient to later find out my mom didn't reschedule ! As you can imagine I'm pretty heated I live 20 minutes away I have no car i paid 20 + dollars to get there and on top of that my eye is bright red swollen my vision is off its very sensitive to light and I’m in excruciating pain more so than you can imagine! so I'm arguing with her then the girl who made the appointment long dark hair comes over and tries to justify that they called me. Long story short they tried to blame my drs office, they tried to blame me, they also lied a bunch, all the while no-ones apologized or taken any accountability. What happened was the girl who made the appt with the drs office messed up and booked me when she shouldn't have so within 20 minutes of them hanging up with the drs office they realized it and tried to cancel with the wrong patient! Then this red haired angry girl with glasses came over rudely yelled back at me and told me to leave after telling them my eye is hurting me it's an emergency and I spent 20 dollars on a Uber they should at LEAST reimburse me for that she said very cocky "we will absolutely not do that! Followed with “go to urgent care.” MEANWHILE had they called me in the morning OR told my drs office they couldn't take me OR called the right number I would have gone somewhere else. AND this is for the red head uneducated girl, urgent care does NOT have an eye dr or an optometrist hence why urgent care sent me to the ER to see an EYE DR for headache, bright red painful eye, and vision loss. Educate yourself on where to send the patients you refuse to service. Minute clinic, the drs office, urgent care and even THE ER I WAS SENT TO FOR 6 HOURS LAST NITE to wait for an optometrist/ eye dr were all APPALLED after I told them what happened. They all said I should have went to the eye dr when they saw my eye and I told them I tried and what happened they all shook their head in disbelief. NOW after 6 days of this progressive eye issue and 2 full days of trying to get treatment for my eye on top of waiting 26 hours to see an optometrist I have a pretty hefty bill thanks to My Eye Dr.

I'm not a usual customer, but I got my eye exam done here a couple weeks ago when my usual eye care provider was overbooked and I'm glad I did! The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Emma Flor was patient and a great listener. She gave me some great tips/info about contact usage that none of my care providers had taken the time to explain to me in my 10+ years of wearing contacts. She also went out of her way to figure out what brand would be best for my needs rather than just prescribing whatever was in stock. Great experience! I highly recommend!

Nice staff, ladies were helpful with finding the right pair of glasses. Dr. was great! I went in for a new prescription. She also helped me out with an eye issue I had and informed me with some helpful information. Professional service.

Very unhappy with the doctor that attended to my eye exam. She has zero courtesy or (bedside manner). I've been wearing contact lenses for longer than thirty years and she lectured me about lens care. Meanwhile also admitting my lenses looked good.
She became downright rude when I refused a dilation, claiming that I've "promised" to come back for the service and never have, etc. etc.
I have been a patient of KP since 2019, had regular eye exams even through COVID and I've never seen this doctor before. Her manner was off putting and I will absolutely never allow her to examine me again.
I'll go back to the Post Road office where they are kind and compassionate.

I have been seeing Dr. Craig Sklar for retinopathy for about 4 years and I have found him to be an excellent doctor. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He answers questions and he's friendly and very knowledgeable. I am thankful that I was referred to him.
