Visited the 82nd Ave location to get my eye exam & contacts. Made an appointment and was delighted they were able to see me almost immediately at my appointment time, unlike Stanton Optical that makes you wait no matter if you have an appointment or not. The staff, techs and doctor are all wonderful and the doctor especially has such a calming and soothing manner, it was wonderful after a long and crazy workday! Very happy with the service, professionalism and my new contacts. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great experience! From the moment I called and got an appointment fairly fast. My son complained of his eyesight for the first time we came in got an eye exam and his glasses ordered all in one visit, glasses also came in very fast. Not to mention how amazing the office was they have an arcade room all starwars theme! My son loved it the lady that helped us with ordering glasses was very helpful and made my nervous son feel very welcoming. She explained billing very very well. Dr. Lee was very helpful and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to go for his 1 year follow up! Thank you midtown optometry!

The ophthalmologist and the staff were professional and very nice. Service was quick and thorough. They have a nice selection of glasses, too.

My dog stepped on my ray band and they repaired it so well!! Amazing service and the ladies that work there were so kind (and very stylish)

The employees would rather be anywhere else than working here. Even in greeting them, they were all in a sour mood and it affected 2 customers before me and then myself. I found glasses and wanted to order after 20 minutes of browsing, but walked out due to Leah being condescending about male frames I had picked for myself and an entirely unhelpful attitude until I dragged my husband away stating I did not want to work with her further. I won't be coming here again and it's making me rethink my whole membership as bad of an experience as it was.

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from Eyelab (now Stanton Optical). State of the art technology used for complete eye exams is like none I have seen before. Dr. Ed, Audrey and Edgar are true professionals. I love my glasses that Audrey picked out for me! My sunglasses are the same frame in a different color. Customer service is the best!

The level of service of this location is absolutely incredible! My spouse and I really enjoyed going there when we lived in SLC. Recently we moved to the East Coast, and another glasses shop damaged my spouse's glasses when attempting to switch the lenses of his favorite frames. I desperately reached out to Image Eyes Optical with the receipt of the frames & asked if they still had them in stock. Leslie was a lifesaver and helped me surprise my spouse with a new pair (complete with a wonderful, handwritten note). I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service at this location, thank you!

First time trying this place. My experience was okay, but I almost walked out before seeing the doctor. The young lady at the front desk was great. The doctor was great, but the young lady who prepped me before the doctor seemed rushed and didn’t communicate well. She did not ask proper questions nor was she informative. Coworkers did notice her rushed behavior and helped make things better. I was almost given something I wasn’t supposed to have while pregnant simply because she rushed and didn’t ask questions. Equipment was not cleaned before or after use.

I called having pain and blurring in my right eye. They were able to see me right away the next morning. Dr Asmus and her staff took the time to help me. They were very kind and made me feel much better.

The front desk was efficient and had everything ready for me to fill out. I wish I didn’t have to complete the exact same thing for both of my kids. Carolina was amazing working up both kids. She took her time with them, making sure they were comfortable during the work up and made sure all of our questions were answered. My kids felt very comfortable with her and didn’t have a hard time when it came time to get drops. We didn’t have to wait long for Dr. Steinbeisser to come in to do the exam. She was amazing with my kids. She went into great detail during the exam and made sure my kids understood everything she was doing and why. She asked them several times during the visit if we had any questions. My daughter had an updated prescription so we did stop by the optical on site. Charisse was friendly, but with another patient at the time. My teenage daughter took a quick look, but didn’t see anything she liked so we took the prescription with us. Overall great experience from check in to check out. Looking forward to their annual visit next year with Carolina and Dr. Steinbeisser.
