My first time here. Staff were all very professional, personable, and kind. They certainly have their system down to a T!! Every step was easy breezy. Even picking out my frames!! Thank you Dr. Burns and staff for making it such a pleasurable experience.

We had an excellent experience at Family Vision Center. Dr. Brown and associates are wonderful. It was a mother/daughter check-up and we picked out glasses. There really was no wait at all from start to finish! The atmosphere is very calm and the office is extremely clean, which I love. The best in eye care with a variety of frames and contact lenses to choose from.

Doctor was great to work with. But when it came to getting glasses I sat there for an hour and no one helped me. I went to check out and she asked if I wanted glasses. I said that’s why I have been sitting here for an hour, she stated she wasn’t aware I was waiting for glasses. But I was there when the doctor give them the folder and said I need glasses, they said it would be a few minutes. She then apologized and I asked for my prescription and said I will be going else where. Also I was seated in front of the desk there is no way they missed me.

I went in for a regular exam to get an updated prescription. The eye doctor was great to work with. When I went to see what glasses they had to offer me & sat with the women who was working that day, she quoted me for my glasses which were too expensive for me to pay out of pocket. Once I told her that I could not afford it at that time, her mood changed instantly and she started being kind of rude towards me. Safe to say I will not be returning here.

I called to ask if they put in lens in frames they do. And it was quick. He got them done it about 5 days just before Christmas. My baby boy needed sports glasses for basketball.

After going in for an eye exam to be fitted for contacts and glasses I decided to order my Contacts online. These doctors denied my prescription and lied to the people saying we were never fitted for contact lenses. Upon arrival they were given my contacts, and the previous prescription. I was given the new prescription and told that I could order contacts through them anytime I wanted. Because we did not use them they denied us to buy online. After calling to figure out why they were doing this I was treated horribly, told not to call anymore, and told they would report me to the state. All I wanted was cheaper contacts and being hung up and lied to is not the experience I wanted. This place doesn’t do their job and lies.
