Very pleasant staff but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. Took over month to get frames due to lab errors. Didn't like frames and attempted to return them in less than one week from receiving and they would only exchange.. Spoke to multiple employees and no one was aware of issues, as if conversations weren't documented. Proceeded to attempt to get contacts and during exam listened to eye doctor talk bad about me to staff. Finally gave up and had to go to competitor to have new eye exam and obtain new frames. Between the five plus visits lost approximately $1,000.00. Very unfortunate as Optix was recommended by a colleague. Based on experience strongly recommend you see a different establishment for your eye health and eye care needs.

Dr. Lauren Seutter was great to work with! She spent time going over my images and explaining what she saw. It was a quick and efficient appointment. The office was very nice and the staff were friendly!

I am very pleased with my cataract surgery experience with Dr Kessler. She demonstrated her professional knowledge, skills and care throughout the process of monitoring my cataract development and recommending surgery. She was reassuring at pre surgery appointments, supportive during the surgical procedure and encouraging at followup visits. Her medical support staff were kind and helpful and her office staff were always personable and very helpful with scheduling appointments, calling in medication and being there! Thank you!

Quick, easy, efficient, pleasant, listens, ask all the right questions so very thorough. Patient education is excellent, if you have to take meds, or follow certain procedures. Communicates plan of action, and what is trying to be achieved. My Dr. is confident, in her technical abilities, and has goof common sense.

I have to say for Dr. Eugene Chang. He’s a very excellent surgeon. He knows what he’s doing very experience. He is very cautious with his patients and very concerned. I do have to say he’s a very stern doctor but that’s what we need that encouragement. Thank you for your hard work, Dr Cheng, I almost lost my eyesight, and for him I am very grateful, wherever he goes, will follow that shows he’s a very excellent and experienced doctor

Dr. Jancevski is a very knowledgeable and professional eye doctor. It's always a pleasure seeing her as well as the other doctors at Oakland Opthalmic Surgery.

I had seen Dr Auker for a recurring stye issue last month. I had to wait 90 minutes to see the doctor and the evaluation lasted about 5 minutes. Dr. Auker made little effort to alleviate my concerns and just brushed them away.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly. I recently broke my glasses and needed a new pair as soon as possible. Compared to other places, this store's prices are very reasonable and I can't believe how fast I received my glasses. Thank you for the fast service!

Dr. Kim evaluated my left eye and prescribed a regime for dry eye syndrome. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He will recommend further procedures if necessary.
