Eye Care Associates is the best practice! Wide range of children and adult frames as well as sunglasses. I could not be happier with my new contacts. All of the staff.. in particular Dr. Rapp are exceptional and knowledgeable. Early morning appointments are available. They were totally devoted to my satisfaction in finding the best fitting contact lens.I feel like I've been granted a miracle with my new corrected vision. I can't stop smiling . Thank you staff.

Everyone from the reception to Doctors are extremely helpful and accomodating. It was worth the 3 hour drive! Dr. Weatherbee is so knowledgeable about brain injuries and how it impacts your vision

This doctor sent the wrong prescription for lenses to be made for me. I waited 10 days for the lenses to be made, only to have to wait another 10 for them to be remade. The mistake should never have happened. Good thing she isn’t a heart surgeon.

Impressive eye physician who clearly knows her stuff - i came with a bag of drops prescribed by 4 others eye doctors none of which could treat my infection. She took time to listen, performed eye culture and properly diagnosed/treated me. She didn't write a random prescription like others did. Only seeing her from now on

It was very refreshing to finally meet a friendly & customer service orientated Medical Professional(s) in CT; others should lead by example. Dr. Scott Seo is the most humble, kind, knowledgeable and passionate ophthalmologist that I have ever met. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. To be honest I could have talked to him all day! If you’re looking for a great ophthalmologist, Dr. Scott is it. You don’t have to take my word, one visit and you’ll be hooked!

Dr Scott Seo is a great doctor. He is very humble. Staff is really good. He solved my eye problem so quickly. I consulted 2-3 doctors prior to him but my eye was getting worst. After i consulted him i got relief in just one week.

Will a review with ZERO stars be accepted. The facility is dingy - might have been great 20 years ago when the founders of the practice built this. This team, to be polite, is terrible. A doctors office reception staff that is challenged to perform even the most simple tasks. 1:45 appt. Showed up at 1:33. Walked out at 2:52 after being told at 2:30 that I was the next chart. Three patients later I am still not called. This is a cataract mill….funneling patients to the in-house optometrist and probably to a cataract surgery center they receive referral fees. I was there for an emergency which is now being handled by a physician with some respect for their patients. STAY AWAY!!!!

People take the time to write a bad review but rarely ever get acknowledge for the good. OSGB Staff You are appreciated for all you do if no one else tells you . Being in this area, you encounter the most entitled people sometimes. It's horrible to witness. Such a difficult time to be in customer service but I see all your hard work. Thank You !
