Dr jeffrey s duncan is great . Very patient and kind. He saw my 4 year old. He takes the time to explain the procedure to make the patient feel comfortable and at ease. The 2 front office ladies are great. very nice cusromer service.

This was our first time at this location as me and my Mum walked in to get her reading glasses done. The staff was very friendly, polite to talk to and helpful in selecting the frame. Our whole experience was so good that we ended up ordering for her distance glasses as well. An absolute pleasant experience overall.

Went to this business while living in Houston. Had great service. Have since moved to Dallas and started using an eye doctor there. Not happy with them. Started scheduling a road trip to Houston for eye exams, worth the trip!

They always treat you with respect and I've always been satisfied with their services. I love this place.

One of the best experience me and my wife purchasing new glasses. The process is quick and efficient. Crystal went above and beyond I’m helping us find the right pair of frames. Gave us a great deal and help set us up with financing, and ended up walking out with 2 prescriptions glass for me AND my wife. Will definitely come here again for all my future eye needs and recommend everyone and anyone to come see Crystal here at Cohen

I moved to Arizona for school out here. And as all of you should, I had to get my yearly eye exam in! I did a ton of research around my area and this specific office caught my eye. I called in to ask them what insurances they accepted, how much their eye exams were, and if they were able to squeeze me in that same day (they did!). Out of all the optometry offices I've been to, this was the only office that has ample parking! Searching for parking at a doctor's appointment is just something I don't want to deal with! Scott greeted me with the most friendliest smile! He introduced himself, checked me in, and gave me a new patient form to fill out. As I was completing my form, Scott was extremely personable and made me feel very welcomed. Scott's laugh is contagious!! At the end of my appointment, I felt like this place was my home! Kathleen got me started on pre-testing and was super sweet and gentle! She always has a huge smile and that made me feel very comfortable there. Dr. Sarah Paikowsky is literally a hidden gem. I've never had such an amazing connection with a doctor before. Nowadays you see many doctors going in and out of patients' exam rooms every few minutes. This was not the case here. Although my appointment was roughly 30 minutes, Dr. Sarah stayed with me and was extremely thorough. She made sure I knew what she was talking about before I even left her office. She did an amazing job explaining what was going on with my eyes, gave me great suggestions on how to properly care for my eyes, and advice on what I should do to prevent my vision from getting worse. Dr. Sarah did something that nobody else does, and that was to show me my old prescription versus the new prescription. This clearly shows that it is a huge upgrade (bad thing for me because my vision got worse!), I can see 1000x better now! While waiting for my appointment to see Dr. Sarah, I was able to experience how Scott and Kathleen mingled with their patients. The whole staff has been here for many many years. You can tell by the way their patients interacts with them. This office is a hidden gem!!! They are incredible and so genuine. You can tell how passionate they are at what they do. They have such AMAZING customer service. If only I can bring them with me back to California!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen, which is completely unacceptable. There was no communication about the delay or any apology for the excessive wait time. When I finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed. They didn’t properly explain what was wrong with my eyes or answer my questions. they simply handed me a prescription and sent me on my way. I left feeling confused and frustrated. Patients deserve clear explanations and basic respect for their time. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

The LensCrafters team made my experience seamless. From the eye exam to selecting new frames and finalizing my prescription, everything was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated the professionalism and excellent service!
