First time my son gets an eye exam and he was so friendly and really explained every step of the exam. He was so patient. Thank you for the great service.

I've been going to Optical since my kids were babies they're grown now. It's always been Ms.Vero & Ms. Priscilla who've always gon above and beyond. Now Ms. Leslie does a great job and if it wasn't for them I would've probably been changed places. Some of the employees are just rude and do not care about the customers. But then again they're young and still have a lot to learn in life. I thank God for the few people y'all still have there. Some of them need to be trained again. Either way I've been there 3 times about the same issue hopefully today since Ms. Priscilla is back it gets resolved. If it wasn't for her and Leslie it definitely be no stars on my rating. I do miss Vero though.

Love this place! Happy accident stumbling onto Denver Vision; I was ready to switch eye doc because of the long commute, then they notified me that my insurance was no longer in network. So I did a quick search for a provider in my network, and Denver Vision popped up. The staff is fantastic (Laura & Elena, thank you for helping me pick new glasses :D), great office, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s super convenient from my house! So happy for the change :)

Dr Joe O'Connor, is my favorite!! Very thorough, informative and knowledgeable!! The only eye Dr I go to. You want " the best " see him. Staff is also service oriented, which is rare these days. Great team!!! Sincerely, Noel Thank you!!

I recently took my daughter to Dr. Scott Grossman's optometry office and couldn't be happier with our experience. Dr. Grossman was extremely communicative, professional, and knowledgeable, making both my daughter and I feel at ease throughout the appointment. The staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful, catering to our needs and ensuring we had a positive visit. The office also boasts a fabulous assortment of eyeglass frames and contact lenses, perfect for finding just the right fit for my daughter. All in all, we were incredibly pleased with our visit to Dr. Scott Grossman's optometry office. I highly recommend this office for families seeking top-quality eye care in a welcoming and friendly environment.

awful experience. tried to be new patient here. front desk is terrible... scheduled for 1:30... arrived to be told doc was still in surgery. but had patients waiting to see him from as early as 11:30 whom haven’t been seen yet. why’d no one call me to push back the appt..? told to wait over a hour and a half to possibly two hours lol wow... so this takes a full two hours to finally be seen. mind you this was for a possible eye ulcer (ophthalmology emergency) so i’m ready to complain to the doc how the front desk is awful and he ’s probably losing business. turns out it’s probably this guys fault. idk if it’s me or just him but he seemed very slow moving, as if he barely heard what i was saying, he was quite old but maybe his clients like him, who knows. still i realized i couldn’t tell him what was going on cause it would go in one ear out the other. no wonder... good luck to this place and it’s patients. definitely not going back.

I am completely satisfied with my last visit with Dr. Frisard. I have come to expect timely and efficient service at Baton Rouge Clinic and I have never been disappointed. I first saw Dr. Frisard 3 years ago. He told me then that I would have to get cataract surgery on my right eye eventually and he would let me know. He told me it was time to get it done and I agreed. So we scheduled the surgery. I discussed some other issues with my eyes and we will take care of those. My late sister Geirlynn Johnson told me that he was great and she was right. I look forward to working with Dr. Frisard going forward. I recommend all my doctors at BR Clinic to all my friends and aquaintances every chance I get. The doctors are easy to talk to and make you feel that your health is their main interest.

Amazing experience; Alissa and Tayi at the front desk we're friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa, my technician, was amazing at keeping it quick and efficient! Doctor Cynthia is friendly and professional as always. Tina is such an amazing optician, I only trust her with my eyewear needs! Thanks again, MyEyeDr!

Really wonderful optometrists, vision therapists and support (with fun glasses choices, and the help I got learning how to put in contacts was amazing). They looked at my eyes and prescription in ways no one else has. For years I’d come back to an optometrist within a couple months wondering why my glasses weren’t helping. Now I’ve finally got prescriptions that work for my vision in different situations. I have so many fewer headaches and eye strain. Awesome practice!
