I loved the way they treated me.Miss Janett is an excellent customer service. Well, those who work there are very efficient to have their clinic. I recommend that they treat them like family.

Dr. Hoo has been my optometrist since I was 8 years old. She's provided care for my eyes from glasses to contact lenses. When she changed locations a few years back I refused to go to another eye doctor until I found her. The veteran staff that's been with her, as well as the new people have always been kind as well. Martha, Millie, Char and Sarah are always pleasant when I see them. Highly recommend this office for any eye care needs, whether you're a young child or an adult.

If I can give this place a -5 star I would! Will never come here AGAIN!!! They gave me an appointment and still made me wait OVER 1 hour on top of the fact that they gave me the incorrect address to they’re location and are not too friendly over the phone or in person with their stank attitudes. Why give someone an appointment to make them wait so long & not only that but NOT EVEN GET SEEN!!! Then, the Spanish lady at the front desk wanted me to sign paperwork & would not tell me what she needed me to sign. She kept insisting for me to sign without an explanation & when I kept asking her what am I signing for, she got annoyed like I’m supposed to know what she’s bringing to me to sign in the 1st place. This place is not customer friendly & I will NEVER waste my time like that again!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Hoo is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is thorough, has great bedside manner, and actually cares about your eyes. I’ve never felt like I was being rushed out of the office, like most places nowadays. It is a bit of a wait to see her but totally worth it. If you want a physician who cares about your vision - this is the place you go to! Office is modern and clean and they have a pretty good frame selection as well.

I’ve got PRK surgery done with Dr. Konykhov, now my vision is perfect! I was worried a lot before, during and after surgery 😃 But, she was very detailed with what to expect, they have an emergency line in case you have problems (even on holiday doctor was in touch with me when I called). Totally recommend her! I went to two different places before her and only when I spoke to Olga I felt ready to do procedure. Happy-happy with my new eyes 😃

My mother had to have cataract surgery in both eyes as she was nearly blind. She also has "White coat syndrome" which means she doesn't like and kind of fears doctors. She needed assistance with walking, going up & down stairs and even eating. The staff at Eye Group of CT understood this and took extra care with Mom. Dr. Kaplan was so sweet and kind to Mom. He explained that the surgeries might be tough because she waited so long. The surgeries went well thanks to Dr. Kaplan. She is reading nearly a book a day with only cheaters from the drug store and enjoying getting back to her active life with her grandchildren. Thank you Dr. Kaplan and staff for being so kind and understanding with my mother!

Dr. Kaplan was very much helpful and caring, while I had two emergencies with my eyes. Also his staff is equally caring and polite.

I have been going here since I was born essentially. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are thorough when explaining the different options for glasses and lenses (big thank you to Elyse for helping me over the years as I am not the easiest client!) I can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff and wonderful doctors. Highly recommend!

They have been my optometrist forever. I normally go on a annual basis and get my eyes checked. The staff is normally really nice and helpful. My doctor does a good job of explaining what is happening to my eyes on a regular basis and they never try to push me to make unnecessary purchases.

Needed new Diva like glasses to enhance my new attitude! Elyse and staff were very patient, professional and helped me through the experience! I was met with smiles and left happy with my choice! I feel Fabulous and will get another pair since a gal like me needs more lovely options!

The staff was so nice. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions with a smile. When it was time to pick out my glasses the woman who helped me was wonderful. She gave me great suggestions and was so patient while I tried on several pair. I went in thinking i knew what i wanted, but ended up with ones i never would have considered. And I LOVE them! They had an amazing collection that my insurance covered, which was a real treat!
