They have always had great staff and service, but they where bought out and switched to a new system and ever since then it's been incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone there.

GREAT experience with Dr John and his team, including the eye glass center technicians, this evening. Dr. John took all the time needed to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. He actually recommended THE LEAST EXPENSIVE option for glasses - no "upselling" whatsoever!! I look forward to getting my glasses and enjoy reading again!!

Dr. Ho is wonderful I've being going to him for many years now. He takes time with his patients and answers all your questions. The staff are nice and friendly. The times I have gone there has never been a wait longer then a couple of minutes. I have recommended many family and friends here.

Expert care and friendly service.

I was treated very poorly felt downgraded by staff didnt appreciate it i couldnt see out my new glasses they acted as though i was lying or crazy. Didnt like that experience

First time they fixed my glasses for free. Second time bought some Cartier Big C glasses with RX lenses. Third time they got me new RX lenses for my Cartier Wood frames. I’m only going here on out. Thanks guys!

I woke up one day with severe eye pain. They worked me in on the same day. On a Friday. The Dr told me to call in over the weekend if meds didn’t help. I had a follow up the next week. The Doctor called me on Monday to see how I was. Superb service!!

I have been going to Family Eyecare for years and keep going back because of the staff and Dr. Zadeh! They are professional, kind, efficient, and patient. I must say Philisha is especially kind and patient, taking over two hours to help me replace my glasses with a new pair for work. I have several work related requirements for my glasses and they have to check every box. I dread getting new glasses, but Philisha took extra time to help me make a decision today and I am greatly appreciative and thankful for her expertise and genuine kindness. Many thanks!!!

Dr Kung recently preformed cataract surgery on my eyes I can't thank him enough for his expertise and bed side manner. You will not find a more concerning and caring doctor. He made the procedure effortless.
