Excellent office visit. Great staff and doctors. Been going for years and will continue. The contact policy is aggressive though. Days before it had been a year since my last exam, I started getting texts, emails AND phone calls to reschedule. And they continued to be repeated for several weeks. Seriously that needs to back off! ONE, maybe two reminders on ONE contact method is plenty.

I’ve been coming here for a long time! I was recently helped by Racine. She was nothing less than amazing! Super nice and friendly. Also extremely knowledgeable. Love this place!!!!

Fast and professional service. Called around other placed where I would have had to wait a few weeks to get in, but I was able to get an eye exam appointment here the next day. Definitely recommend.

Ordered my son's glasses nearly a month ago. We called and called and when we finally got in touch with someone they said they had to send the glasses back. Went in today since no one wanted to answer the phone. Our home is nearly an hour away. The lady said we have his glasses here. They had the frames and the lenses were completely removed. I don't understand why NO ONE is notifying us. The lady said call the store Manager Matt Smith and gave us his card. It's the same number that rings to the store where NO ONE ANSWERS. We paid nearly a thousand dollars for these glasses and this place is a JOKE! I'm calling corporate in the morning.

My kids and I visited for our annual visit. Waited for about an hour because the Wi-Fi was down. Unable to complete one of the exams. I consider myself a long time customer of this location, I don’t know that I will be back.

I’ve been going to Visionary Eye Care for 2 years now, and they’ve been great! Scheduling an appointment is easy. The exams are thorough. They discuss options but aren’t pushy. I highly recommend!

The eye exam was fine. The doctor was pleasant and informative. The rating is due to the experience with the glasses.
My daughter is 15 and has never had glasses before. I have never worn them myself and have no experience with it, other than the $10 readers I wear. My daughter picked a pair of glasses and we went with the recommendations for coatings, etc. In my ignorance, I authorized the cost of SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS, yes $700 for a pair of glasses for a teenager. Keep in mind, these aren't some high end designer frames. I had no idea what glasses cost. Yes, I should have stopped the transaction then, but I just thought that is what they cost. Once returning home and doing some research I found out the same glasses could be purchased elsewhere for 1/2 to 1/3 of the cost for exactly the same thing.
I called the next morning to cancel the order, and was unable to do so. The receptionist did the put-you-on-hold-to-pretend-to-talk-to-someone routine and of course the order has already been sent off. I seriously doubt that in less than 24 hours anyone is working on it, but no effort was made to make this right.
This practice takes advantage its patients. They are banking on the ignorance of people like me that just have no idea what glasses really cost. Instead of building a long term relationship with a family, they went for gouging a new client that will never return. I hope they enjoy the exorbitant markup on that one pair of glasses because we will never come here again.
