Jay had a great experience at his first (InfantSEE) eye exam with Dr. Metzger today. Their office also has adorable baby sunglasses!

I have getting my contacts and glasses here for some 4 years, I had been seeing the optometrist who was there for over 8 years. She was very nice even remembered my niece an nephew's name. I recently went in fo an update on my eye exam. There is a new optician, she is very informative, nice and very easy on the eyes, the receptionist was even more helpful, despite the fact she was pregnant, she still did the initial exam on my eyes and made payment easy, they still had all my information. As far as the people in the front, I think they should get a job where they can play on their phone and they will be millionaires. There are some women who have been there for some time I didn't see them but they are helpful and nice.

The lady was very nice and courteous and very helpful with the frames and I would recommend people to come her for their vision needs.

Got my glasses with a few days the anti glare started coming off , anti scratch...lol that is biggest joke of 2022 now I have to go and by new lens. They told it would be $180 on top what they charged my insurance , which I'm letting them … More

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I’ve been there a handful of times, mostly warranty related(son keeps breaking his glasses) and always been treated properly. The poor ratings does not reflect this business.

Had JC Optical make a pair of glasses for me. I experienced double vision with them. Heather, who was the manager at that time, promised to homer their warranty. Then came the pandemic, and Penny’s closed their store. When they finally reopened, they had a new manager who then refused to honor the warranty. They wanted me to pay them more money, and broke their written policies, as well as the verbal promess that their manager made to me. Don’t trust them!

Dr. John Molinario is the worst. He spent my appointments complaining about one thing or another (it has happened at multiple appointments), then his staff did not collect the correct payment. He then called from his personal number (not the optical department's) asking for the payment. We called the optical department to ask how they wanted the check made out and how to address it, but that didn't matter. A month later I got a call (once again from his personal number) telling me they had not received the payment and they were going to send it to collections. I called, and miraculously it was in the mail box at the back of the store. Either they are completely uncoordinated and incapable of handling simple payments or something else is going on... Either way, I'm not going to this optical department again.

Nice office! The front desk ladies are super nice and the exam was fast and efficient. Josselin helped us with the contact order and it was a great experience. Love the new crew. Allyson Haskell was our eye doctor and was also super great.

Heidi was extremely kind from the second we walked in the door. We made an appointment online and I didn’t double check our insurance before hand like I should have. Nevertheless they were still able to see me and get me taken care of. I honestly went in not knowing what to expect but was blown away by the hospitality they showed me. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family. Customer service and compassion have gone out the door many places, so glad to see it still exists.

I have been wearing my glasses from here for a couple months now and I absolutely love them. Dr.Haskell was and her team were super friendly and helped me out with my exam and picking my lens. I can see now! The frames were very cute and are so sturdy. This will be my go to from now on
