I've been a Clearvue Vision Center patient for years and love the staff and doctors. I always have had positive--even fun!--experiences during my visits. This is all due to having a stellar team. I want to give a special shout-out to Kimberly, the optician who took care of me at my most recent visit. Not only was she super friendly and professional, she was amazingly efficient and all of my non-doctor tests and exams took 11 minutes in total! I've worn glasses and contacts for years and have never had this thorough and quick service. Thanks, Kimberly, for speedily caring for your patients!

Expect very long wait in waiting room! Today it was one hour and 15 minutes. Poorly run office. Doctor spends 5 minutes with you! Feels disrespectful in every way.

Typically, I see going to the optometrist as a situation where I'll be fighting off sales people left and right, rather than a doctor's appointment. When a friend suggested Eye Candy Optique, I was gearing up to tune out a sales pitch on overpriced glasses, but to my pleasant surprise, the staff at Eye Candy was friendly and genuine! I've always struggled with my vision, and prescriptions that were either too weak or too strong. At Eye Candy, the doctor put in such a strong effort, and gave me such an accurate, comfortable prescription, I could swear he was seeing through my eyes! When it came to the purchase of a new pair of glasses, I was greeted with tons of options at a variety of price levels. The staff helped me in choosing the perfect frames for me, and I did not feel the slightest hint of pressure into the purchase. It's so difficult to find a place that offers the honest service and care that Eye Candy provides. I would recommend them to anyone!

From the moment I walked into the office everyone was so nice, welcoming and professional. From the receptionist at check in to the Nurse/PA provider who prepped me before seeing the Dr. to the Dr. himself. Wonderful practice!! I would highly recommend!!

Dr. Woolfson and his team are fantastic. They provide wonderful communication during the entire LASIK process and have developed excellent pre-op and post-op procedures, including educational video instructions to help before and after the procedure. The surgery itself was flawless. Everyone that I have talked to in our community who has worked with Dr. Woolfson and his team have a great deal of respect and admiration for their work.

Great price staff friendly and attentive to the customer. had the glasses for about a year and have lost two screws, walked in both times greeted by a staff member and was promptly seen and screws were replaced at no charge. Highly recommend the Schenectady store.

Susie greeted me nicely when I came in and helped me with filling out a survey on the tablet. Kathy set my mind at ease doing the poof test for glaucoma. And Dr. Tim is just the best. Shame my eyes only need looking at every 6 months. Great place

We recently visited here for my sons annual eye exam and Dr. Feeser, was amazing. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and tried to make my son feel at ease with his visit. However, the front desk staff and the lady named Angela were not so great. While waiting for our glasses to be ordered Angela was very rude and unprofessional with a lady and her children. First, glasses are expensive and we as parents do our best to pay for all the expenses. The mom in front of me needed an extra two days to pay for her glasses and Angela said, “ Until Friday”! and you could tell she was agitated by this information and as a mom and human being I felt that Angela the person who helps with glasses was very rude and should have been more understanding and not so judgmental. Eventually, she agreed to hold the young girls glasses until the mother could pay for them, but it was very uncomfortable to watch how Angela treated the mother. When it was my turn to be assisted she seemed fine until I started asking questions about our bill and what insurance would cover. As a customer and mother of a patient I would hope that we can receive good care and good customer service from Dr. Resser’s staff. Unfortunately, there seems to be a persistent issue with customer service and the staff there with customers. Which is very unfortunate, because it’s hard to find good care in the Permian Basin. I plan on making a formal complaint on Angela and asks that Dr. Resser speak with his staff on how important it is to be patient and understanding when it comes to families needs and situations.

They are trying to take a co-pay amount that I owed from a previous visit; out of the payment that I made towards a pair of new glasses. I guess my insurance didn't pay it because my deductible haven't been met so now I owe $30 that I was unaware of at the time. It started when I asked for a refund of the deposit I put down for new glasses. I asked for a refund because it has been 6 business days since I paid my deposit and the order has yet to be placed. When I asked for a refund they said they would have to take the $30 out of the refund amount and give it to me in the form of a check. That's not how I operate my finances nor was I notified that that's how ya'll satisfy your patients. Update (07/14/2023): Still havent received my refund check.

Wonderful office, the staff are exceptionally nice and caring. I have high myopia with astigmatism and the staff took their time to find the correct prescription for my contact lenses. The receptionist made an exception and fit me in over the schedule due to the fact I was running out of my contact lenses and even was gracious enough to warn me that there will be a waiting time because there were still many patients ahead of me. Nelly did a fantastic job helping me find a prescription for my glasses and Anna was very helpful in helping with my contacts. Overall, this was a great experience and I will be sure to keep coming back

I wish I would have read reviews before going to this clinic. The receptionists are ABSOLUTELY rude. The one on the end (right side if facing the window) was especially rude when I asked why I was being charged so much. The explanation she …
