This place doesn't even deserve a star. The worst customer service ever. The ladies there don't have a clue what they are talking about and are very rude and unpleasant. They told me that I could get an eye exam that included one for contact lenses and that I would receive contact lenses the same day if they had the ones I needed. Well, I got through my exam. The Dr was pleasant. And then the problem started when the front desk ladies never assisted me in putting my contact lenses. One of them was very rude. And kept pronouncing my name incorrectly after correcting her many times. Told me that I needed to tell them if i needed help. It wasn't even offered and I thought that this was a routine procedure. And then at checkout, she proceeds to tell me that the box of contact lenses I got was for 5 days and the order of lenses after that would take up to 45 days!!!!!! Zero empathy. Zero understanding of what my urgency was as this was the same lady I had spoken to earlier on the phone explaining my situation. I came in there because my eyeglass frame had broke and the ONLY reason I did an exam today was because they told me they most likely had my lenses. Only to get a 5 day supply!!! Absolute rude individuals. Would not recommend.

I have been going to this location for three years, and every time it’s a great experience. The ladies in the front are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have refer friends and family here due to the great care they provide. I’m glad I gave this Vision center a shot because they are always so helpful!

They were great! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They offered to squeeze me in for an exam because they had already checked my insurance for both my kids that had appointments and knew what all was covered on the plan and that I had benefits as well. The optometrist was very nice and funny. She explained things very well to me and both kids. Overall, this location is great!

Dr Montgomery examine my eye vision unexpected he surprised of never mind any surgery u be blind in mater of couple year and no surgery to ur dry something something guess my back of my eye building calsum . The way he shared the result dry to the point and cannot help I cied there and home .felt I Wana give up life am scared of the dark .so I his dry direct new info of his exam was hard dry talk

I had my eye exam scheduled and when I arrived, the two rude females informed me that my insurance is not valid. No phone call prior to my arrival or anything like that. Well, knowing that my insurance is perfectly fine and my last exam had been over a year ago I have preceded with the exam. Not one of them had offered to call the insurance again while I was in the exam room. I have offered them the vision insurance card and they said they don’t need it because it’s not good, without even looking at it.. the technician offered to take a look and guess what, my insurance was FINE .. just a horrible and unprofessional customer service.. don’t waste your time at this location, I know I won’t ..

Went to get new frames because unfortunately my dog got ahold of mine. The lady working on 9/12 was very rude and unwelcoming saying she closes down at 7:30 and she would maybe give me a few minuets. I solved the issue for her pretty quickly telling her I would place an order tomorrow if needed but ultimately I will not be coming back to this location being that I work in a customer service based role myself and her attitude is something I have not experienced before. Upon leaving after 5 minuets of finding frames, I told her thank you and she responded “yup”. As far as I’m concerned this location closes at 8pm and at the very least some suggestions as to how she could better assist me would have been appreciated.

I travelled in to town and immediately realized I forgot my contacts! I wear dailies and a pretty extreme prescription. I happened to walk in here 15 min before close and Mica very nicely helped me right out with a couple of days to carry me through my trip! A life saver!

I had a screw fall out of prescription sunglasses. The screw that fell out was an odd size and I couldn't find it. So I took them in to Target optical where Snezhana greeted me. She immediately took the glasses in the back. Found the screw and repaired the glasses in minutes. She even cleaned them off for me before handing them back. She was super friendly and didn't even charge me for the service. This sort of service is hard to find but much appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent store! They have a wide selection of frames available and after my exam I was able to pick out the perfect pair. The manager, Snez, and her staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this location.

Being severely nearsighted, farsighted, and with astigmatism in both eyes I thought forsure I would never be a candidate for any type of eye corrective surgery. I went to my LASIK consultation, and they told me that I wasn't a candidate for it or PRK (which I figured) But they suggested that I should check out ICL instead. Which in simple terms, is like getting permanent contact lenses put in but it is so much healthier for your eyes! I got a consultation with Dr. Montgomery, and I am SO glad that I did! It turns out that I was a good candidate for it, and we scheduled my surgery for Jan 2023 and got -13.5 & -13 lenses put in. He saw me multiple times over the next 4 months to check how things were settling. 3 months in he noticed my astigmatism in my left eye still present, and suggested a LRI surgery to correct it. This surgery was extremely simple & quick and ended up fixing it! Overall Dr. Montgomery and his team (shout out to Danae) were fantastic with communication, care, and being sure that I got what I needed! Thank you all so much. This is life changing for me.
