Such a disappointment. My mom has been to this place for a long time in different location. The receptionist is very rude and lazy. She does not answer the phone. Sometimes it takes more than a week to call us back. We understand that sometimes you could feel not well but it happens at every single time. She does not want to help people out. I personally do not know why she would be in that position when she does not want to work or talk to people even. I wish the best to dr. Montgomery and the other staff. But it was their fault to hire such a mean and lazy receptionist.

I'm making a review regarding my mother Emily R. she was a good candidate for the new RX Sight Light Adjustable lens. All I could say is the staff was amazing the techs treated my mom so sweet keeping her warm and comfortable. Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Dugan are the best! They did an excellent job, my mother was seeing 20/20 even before the adjustments were done. She is on top of the moon. Walking out they were calling her a Rock Star!! Great experience with Dr. Smedley and the people in his office. Brittany and Cara were fantastic at helping me make adjustments multiple times when obtaining my first real pair of glasses. Dr Smedley was very professional and pleasant while fixing my prescription. Much appreciated!

Excellent service and caring shown by Dr Casie Hendrick and tech Sierra during last visit. I recently had experienced a change in left eye condition. I went for a full re-exam to understand what changes had occurred. While not covered by my insurance, I felt it important. Results were same after exam and some additional dilated eye scans taken. No change or damage to eyes. Both of the staff were comforting and I appreciate them for it.

Friendly staff and very comfortable environment. I plan on continuing to use them as my provider in the future. Dr. Melendez is great!

I was Treated well and I really love the office they are in. They were really nice, when I decided not to buy frames there and just take the prescription with me, they even measured my pupal distance. Surprisingly, at a different place, they refused to give me the numbers unless I bought frames from them. This place is nice.

Staff has always been friendly and attentive. They could probably work on initial greetings and such but the doctor is pretty thorough with the eye exams and what the process and options are. Overall a great place to go.

The Eye Doctor was amazing and thorough. However, the lady that came to get me to pick out my eye glasses was rude. The first thing she said to me is I have 10 minutes to pick something because they close at 5, so I could hurry and pick something or I could come back another time. I wasn't going to come back since I work and have to take time out of that to come in. Then, every frame I looked at she was extremely rude about. Until I settled on a pair she picked that I wasn't sold on. I just felt rushed and knew I had no other time I could have come in. I spent 300 bucks on a pair of glasses I don't think I will be completely satisfied with. I've been going here for several years and this is the first time I have been treated like this. I guess it's time to find a different eye doc.

These guys deserve 5 stars for not recommending surgery. It’s a big decision to let someone cut into your eyes and I wanted to be sure it was a high chance of success and they very thoroughly evaluated my eligibility and recommended against it. I really wish I could have gone forward with it and I’m sure other places would have let me but I really appreciate that they did all their due diligence and acted in my best interest and recommended against it. In a world where everyone cares more about the quick buck and not your long term results it’s incredible to find a place that made a recommendation in your best interest and against their short term profit. I’ll recommend this to anyone looking for an evaluation because of that. (My corneas were on the thin side and at risk for corneal ectasia if anyone is curious).

Amazing group of people! This company clearly takes care of its employees, because they are all so very sweet to their clients. I'm getting 20/15 in both eyes now, one month after surgery. (For reference I started with a -4.75 and -5.25 prescription.) They were informative, ernest, and caring. Great staff, great service! Also, great snacks in the waiting area!

Phenomenal job done by everyone at 20/20! My vision is perfect and I feel great! Highly highly recommend for anyone contemplating getting lasik. From front desk to doctors, nothing but 5 star service - thank you so much!
