Excellent knowledge of various conditions concerning the eye (pediatric and adult). Wonderful, warm staff that is easy to work with. Our granddaughter has seen amazing improvement in a short time with Dr. Rose's recommendations and therapy.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I was late for my appointment, they didn't seem to mind. Some businesses would turned you away and have you make a different appointment. I've used a different vision center that is closer to my home but was not happy by the way I was treated. Here, they take the time to explain what the cost are and what my insurance covers. I appreciated that. Thank you Vision works.

I have been going here for the past few years for my glasses and had no problem until this last visit. I decided to try contacts, I didn't realize it was such a big ordeal to get em when you're a first time wearer. Its been almost 4 weeks,and I am still waiting. I called to see if I can come by and get a copy of my prescription and was told there isn't one until I have their class and get fitted for the trials. So I am stuck waiting or I pay and go else where. If you go here I guess make sure you ask questions and understand before you leave.

Today I went to Visionworks to get my glasses adjusted. We were immediately helped by Abby who was fast, super kind and helpful. It was an overall great experience. Thank you!

My husband and I both saw Dr. Caroline Barajas. She was patient with us during our eye exams, she answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns with compassion. We are grateful to have her as our eye doctor. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Colorado Eye Center in Broomfield!

I would give 100 stars if that were possible. Jessica at the front desk is professional, polite, and personable. Dr. Bands is more thorough in her examination than any other I have experienced in over 40 years of wearing glasses. All my questions were answered, and she explained in detail the condition of my eyes. Best eye exam experience I've ever had.

From entering the building and approaching the front desk to picking my glasses and exiting the building, I was greeted with warm smiles by people who exceeded the standard of customer excellence by ensuring I was taken care of, meeting all my needs, answering all my questions, and informing me on what I didn't know. Dr. Tenley Bands possesses a bedside manner that doctors should strive for when caring for their patients. Her team is also a direct reflection of her leadership and I greatly appreciate them for assisting me. Icing on the cake is the affordability and availability of frames to choose from, and a team that is well versed in their products to ensure you are also satisfied with your look. They won't let you leave until you are satisfied. Overall, I am glad I was referred to them, and am most definitely pleased with my new eye care team. I look forward to the next visit!

Very happy with Westminster Eye Associates. I have an eye condition where I need a special lens. They worked with me, were patient and kind, and made me feel like they cared about me. I highly recommend.

I've got glasses for my daughter from here 3 separate times and each time I was told glasses would be in in 1 to 2 weeks and they would call. Well I work and each time it would be 4 weeks before I realized I hadn't heard from them so I would call to see if her glasses were in and low and behold they were and then I would ask when they came in and was always told, oh they just got here, which is their way of not taking any responsibility for not calling me at all. Very frustrating to not get a call when that's their job and they don't even try to apologize or make it right. They just lie and say, oh it just got delivered
