Dr. Mulder was very friendly and very enthused about meeting his patients. I brought my son in for an appointment and Dr. Mulder thoroughly explained everything to me while remained engaged with my son. He tried to make everything as fun as possible for him.

My 1st time there, but super impressed. I used to go to Eye Q, but felt like a number there. The staff and Dr. here were so nice, not rushed, I enjoy my experience and will keep coming back when needed….

The staff at this office has customer service skills above par from beginning to end. I especially liked the young lady doing my eye exam. At each step of the way she made sure I was comfortable, she let me know she sanitized all equipment and machinery, her demeanor was positive and bright. I wish I had taken the time to get her name. I'd like for you to enjoy her customer service too. She was so good that it felt as though I was at an exclusive spa. I'm not kidding. She was GREAT. My Ophthalmologist (I forget his name) was super kind, caring, thoughtful, and funny. Eye candy for sure but very professional. Just thought I's throw that in for the ladies.

Were sent a millions texts and emails to make sure we are coming to our appointment, I’m talking everyday texts and emails for 2+ weeks. They send an email to fill out paperwork prior to appointment to make things faster. They also tell you to come in 10 mins prior to your appointment time. I arrive for my 10:30 appointment at 10:15. I check in look at glasses and sit in the waiting area it’s now 10:27. Also there are 5 people all here for a 10:30 appointment. What’s the point in the appointment if it’s a suggestion and ultimately it’s first come first. Best part is after I waited an 1 hour and a half I finally see the doctor and it’s VIRTUAL. I feel like there has to be a way to have multiple people in the exam room if the doctors aren’t even in office. The staff was great though.

I have used Vision America for a few years. The staff from check in to check out are always very friendly. Dr. Fuller and Dr. Albright have been the doctors that i have seen. They are both amazing doctors. Both of my eyes have had issues that were found right away and fixed. I've had only good things to say about all of the ones that I personally have had contact with. Thank you Vision America. My sight is perfect..

Donna, my Sales Associate, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! She broke EVERYTHING down and was VERY THOROUGH. She is the epitome of EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I am so glad to have met her. Donna, you are awesome! The doctor was fine. She’s just more introverted, but knowledgeable.

Great experience here! Very professional and helpful with my eye checkup and picking out new glasses. Would 100% recommend and will be back for future appointments!

What a deal! Eye exam and THREE pairs of designer glasses all under 200 bucks - without insurance! They tell you your glasses are usually two weeks out but mine were ready in a week! It's also a huge plus that all the staff are so polite and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Top Notch exceptional eye care! Dr Ambrose is awesome. Her professionalism, thoroughness, attention to detail and commitment to making sure you are informed and have a comprehensive understanding of your eye health is beyond commendable. It is the reason I followed her from a previous location to this current one. The customer service provided by the reception staff is refreshing. Also, the optical department is outstanding. They go above and beyond to make sure that not only are your glasses fitted well, but you are pleased with your purchase. I recently needed support in identifying the prescription of some older glasses and the technician went above and beyond to assist me- so grateful!

Dr. Jansen is a great optometrist. He’s efficient and friendly, making eye exams much less painful. I found him trustworthy because he was honest enough to tell me I didn’t need contacts (which he would’ve had a larger reimbursement for). Easiest and best eye exam to date! Go check them out.

I was looking for a Korean-speaking doctor for my year-end eye checkup and happened to visit this place because of its convenient location; I highly recommend it. I was a little worried since the clinic hasn't been open for long, but when I went in, I found the doctor has an incredible amount of experience. Since my job involves looking at a computer all day, I mentioned the eye discomfort I had been experiencing, and the doctor examined every part of my body very thoroughly and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. There is ample parking space in the basement, so parking is convenient even though it is located right in the middle of Flushing.
