4 weeks no call no glasses can't see when I'm at work what a shame. I guess they thought I was poor person who couldn't afford there glasses.Ive had the money to get them but it seems like they shut me out. One star is to much I will give them a zero star on my behalf.

Dr. Marcie Rose and her staff demonstrated tremendous care and personal attention during my eye exam, taking time to explain my existing condition, and how it needed to be treated. The Veterans Administration, seeking to better serve our veterans, did very well when high quality, local community private health providers were deemed more beneficial. Bonus for me; I met a fine physician, that is also a veteran, that felt faith, family and freedom are worth defending and fighting for. Top shelf staff, equipment and timely personal professionalism!

The office staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. They deserve 10 stars!! The doctor, kind of rude, short with patients, and did not complete a full exam. I went here about 6 years ago and I loved it, so this really surprised me.

Excellent doctor and fantastic office staff! Cristal welcomed me the moment I arrived. I was nervous about my cataract appointment and she was soothing, polite, professional, and caring. Her warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit. Jesus was professional and soothing as he performed my eye tests. Dr. Montgomery clearly laid out my options, explained carefully, and answered all my questions. I know I am in great hands from the moment I walk in the door.

Brought my 70 year old mother here for an appointment, cold windy day, they told her to be here 15 minutes early, we were right on time and had to sit outside for 20 minutes because they were "at lunch". They were inside, the receptionist was right there at her desk, but we had to wait in the cold? They told her when to be there, then waited another 19 minutes past the time on their sign, and couldnt even let her in out of the cold? They're lucky she's such a nice person. If thats the level of patient care we can expect over the next MONTH while she has cataract surgery, we can find another surgeon. Disgusting!

May Eye Care is the very best practice of eye care I have experienced in my 76 years of life. From the front desk where Maya & Cheryl make me smile to Lisa, tech extraordinaire to Dr. Stone and Dr. May, I feel their kindness & support. I highly recommend Dr. May and his staff. Everyone takes such wonderful care of my parents. They go a step above to make sure their questions are answered plus provide superior assistance in helping my father with a wheelchair.

Approx a year ago I had cataract surgery on one eye wit Dr. May. I went back for follow up appts. I complain about seeing halo effect but should improve in time. Thankfully it did. My biggest complaint was I have a brown blob in that eye now. I didnt have it before surgery & not a floater because it is in one spot. I was told well your eyes are aging. Yes but not that much in the few weeks after surgery!!!!! In the literature it talked about this & could be corrected with laser. He said no it couldnt. I HONESTLY BELIEVE THERE WAS A SPEK OF DUST OR FOREIGN DEBRI ON LENSE PUT INTO THAT EYE BY DR. MAY!!!!!! He seemed to disreguard me like iam nothing!!!!! I was going to take perscription there for eye glasses but NOT AFTER READING REVIEWS!!!! Come to think of it i believe there was a customer complaining about billing too (like other review!!!!! Another review said they reported to Medical Board but since its been a year ago dont know I can report this. I wouldnt go to this Dr. if I was you!!! I have a permanent blob in eye now!!!!!!!
