Great facility, front desk ladies were very helpful and was able to set up a procedure for my father very quickly. Very grateful for the doctor's, nurses and technician's care.

I have been going to Dr. Crawford for 19 years. First when the location was in Waukegan and now for some time in the Vernon Hills location. I have had no issues with the service there ever. He is quite knowledge about the way the market is changing with manufacturing contacts and since I am an engineer I always enjoy debating between brands and the right contacts for me. I have read some of the reviews and people are right about one thing this place gets busy to the point it is just insane. I was there two weeks ago to pick up contacts right before they closed and there was still a dozen people in there waiting.

Dr. love is very considerate concerned and professional. I really enjoyed my visit there and I would recommend it to anyone thank you all and his staff is very good to.

Courtney was ABSOLUTELY great!!!, the assistance that she provided me was very helpful and very encouraging. I never Like having to wear lenses, but Courtney made me feel comfortable in them like they were just another extension of my body, She is such a great worker and I’ll be looking forward to doing more business with this company.

This place is the best. Their eye exams are quick and professional, they submitted ALL of my annoying insurance claim paperwork with me, and if my glasses ever need an adjustment, I can walk right in and Chris Remmel himself will take care of them on the spot and so happy to do it, too. I've never met a friendlier staff and the old-school Bethlehem ambiance that they've decorated the shop with is just the cherry on top. I recommend this place to anyone who asks!

In a bad situation for me, scared. Walked In to this office, front to back professional and kind. Dr. Bean very thorough and answered my questions. He did not rush me assured me of recovery as long as I follow care. Tye you ROCK, very welcoming friendly and thorough.
