I recently went in for a exam, the staff was very helpful with getting my records transferred. They spent the time during my exam and answered my questions that my previous doctor didn't. I now recommend all my friends here, they have a pretty wide selection of frames too!

Carlo was really helpful on finding the right pair of glasses. The staff here are very friendly and the place is clean. Highly recommended

You guys have to fix the phone in that office. Always when I try to call is always busy or not working. How can I make my appoinment or ask questions if the phone is not working there?? Thank you!

I love it and it’s always a vibe with them. Never had a problem and they take care of u very well. You never had to wait too long to see the eye doctor.

Dr Kidd, his team and the receptionist were excellent. My daughter felt comfortable and had a really good experience. However, when it was time to choose the frames that other lady seem to be having a bad day or she is not trained to tend to kids. I was disappointed with the way she related to my child.

Very clean and I really like the staff. Dr. Schisms is exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She explains everything very well. So the reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my sons appointment was at 2:00pm and we did not meet with the doctor until 3:00pm very frustrating. I had an appointment myself a few weeks ago and everything was quick in and out so maybe there was an issue today that backed up the appointments so we’ll try again next year.

My experience was a great one. The receptionist welcome me very nicely I didn't have to wait after I sign in. Doctor and everyone took care of me properly and in a compassionate way. Great experience. I will recommend this place to others.

I've been coming to West End Eye Care for well over a decade and can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. Their personalities really put you at ease and my visits almost feel more like catching up with old friends rather than just an exam. A special shout out to my sweet friend Wanda!! Dr. DeBenedictis was phenomenal with treating our 1.5 year old. Our pediatrician referred us to her based on her experience and we couldn’t be happier. Plus the entire staff is so friendly. They really know how to work with kiddos!
