Excellent Lasik experience! I had fun with the staff, the appointment for candidacy was thorough and consultative, and a week later the surgery itself took about 4 min. The cost of glasses and contacts will repay this quickly and now the only thing limiting my vision is the curvature of the earth. My wife will be going next!

Dr. Mary E. Hood is phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend. She made sure I understood what was happening at all points and clearly explained everything. I really felt like she cared about my vision needs. I will be coming back for my next eye exam for sure! So much better after my terrible experience at a different establishment. Eye Works for the win!!

Very comfortable with the stores sale people, they were courteous and professional. Great product and you can't beat the price for quality glasses.

Friendly staff. There’s a variety of designers frames to choose from and they are affordable. There’s even a massage room. Imagine that!. The decor is beautiful I highly recommend this establishment.

Can not get the office to answer phone I have called every hour since they opened and nobody will pick up

This was my first time visiting Boston Vision, and I had a great experience with Dr. David Mignault. I came in because I noticed a change in my vision, and he immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was able to identify exactly what kind of glasses I needed and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my first pair of eyeglasses. We looked at so many different options, and he made sure I found the perfect fit. I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in over 10 years, but Dr. Mignault made everything clear, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend both him and the team at Boston Vision!

I was very disappointed by the way my eyes turned out. I paid $2,000 on my left eye to see far away in Middle and 4,000 on the right eye to see far, middle and near. I had 20/20 vision! Now I can't see as well as I did. My left eye is all messed up. I used to be able to lay in my bed and watch TV and have no problem seeing what was on the TV.. Now I can't see the TV very good. Left eye sees 2 images. I complained to the doctor and he says I can see just fine. Well I know what fine is and this isn't it. Wish I would never have done this. I'm thinking I really didn't need it that bad in the first place but they did it anyway.

This Lenscrafters has the best staff and customer service! They are always attentive, helpful, and conscientious! We've been going there for a couple of years now for all our exam and glasses/contacts needs after wandering in on a whim to get a new eyeglass screw and having a great experience!
