The process was very easy. I got the email for my glasses earlier than expected. I got two pairs.The first one fits perfectly and I'm awaiting the 2nd pair.

Dr Huber and his staff are amazing. I love these guys. They are the same way every single time you are in and out always courteous and as helpful as can be

Fast and friendly service. Everyone seemed well equipped and enthusiastic about helping me understand my concerns. I highly recommend their services, especially Dr. William Taylor.

I think the doctors who work here are friends with these girls named Vanessa and Bri and charge people more money for glasses/services if the two girls dislike them. I also think they target people or maybe they just buy old glasses styles and then sell them for way more than their worth. I just assumed they were trying to sell me old glasses because of those two girls but maybe that's just their business style

My coworker suggested Gus and his staff for my next optometry visit. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. They went over my benefits with me in great detail prior to me just roaming about not knowing what my insurance would cover. I wanted rimless glasses, but was advised against it due to my prescription. They didn't just say no it won't work. They explained why they would not recommend it and helped me find an alternative I was satisfied with. My eye exam went well and I was educated on new contact options that may work well with my prescription. My appointment was on Tuesday and my 2 pairs of glasses, 1 pair of prescription sunglasses, and contacts were all in by Friday. I'm very impressed. I'll happily make the drive from Plantation to Hialeah every year for this type of customer care.

Extremely disappointed. My doctor sent a referral and told me the clinic would contact me, but I never heard a word. I took the initiative to call multiple times, but no one ever picks up. I also submitted a request through their online system, and still, zero response. It is unacceptable for a medical facility to be this unreachable, especially when dealing with a doctor's referral. Like many other reviews here mentioned, the communication at this location is non-existent. I will be looking for another clinic that actually cares about their patients.

Dr Green is our favorite! She is efficient but makes you feel like you are her top priority and will give all the time you need. She was beyond amazing with my daughter who was nervous about her first eye exam. She is so kind and thorough.
