My wife, two daughters, and I have been using CDEC since we moved to Denver in 2017. Dr. Benjamin Smith and his staff are always friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. Stocking a wide variety of frames, they will help you find your best look for your price point and insurance needs. Check them out and tell them JD sent you!!

I love Dr Michael Miller! I've been going to Dr Miller for several years and have had a wonderful experience with the Eye Center! He corrected my 65-year-old very cloudy vision by removing my cataracts in a painless easy operation that completely restored my sight. He is careful and very caring as well. The staff at the Eye Center is always helpful and courteous. I look forward to my visits to this office. Thank you Dr Miller!

Sabrina at the office called to verify information that I was told would be taken care of between scheduling and the appointment. The conversation kept feeling as if I was being demeaned by the insurance I have or she thought I had and when I explained I wanted to cancel our appointments, she asked if "I would like to speak to my husband so I know what type of insurance we have"...as if I was inept. Granted, I hate insurance specifics and never care about insurance details other than having it and being well-covered. Regardless, this conversation raised my anxiety level, made me feel as if I did something wrong and it made me feel glad to cancel.

Jessica was amazing! In fact so is the entire staff and doctor! I would trust this office over any other in the area. They know what they are doing, care about you as a patient, and Dr Miller will go out of his way to ensure you get what you need! I recommend them highly and I’ve been to A LOT of eye places!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Very professional and efficient. I greatly enjoyed working with Jennifer and appreciate her assistance. She went through options with me and was so thorough with making sure that my glasses fit comfortably, and she really took the time to make sure that I was completely comfortable and if I had any questions. She was so kind and patient, what great customer service! Thank you, Jennifer.

Eye doctor was great. Seemed on top of diagnosis, results, etc. I'd trust her. Unfortunately, whoever the "sales" associate they handed customers off to was ridiculous... Made no mention of my vision plan that covered 200.00 of the cost. Was going to charge full price. I had to point out that my plan should cover the cost of contacts. (I didn't mention how much, they should know). Response was oh yes it covers 100.00. I then had to point out it was actually 200.00. I waited to watch then go ohhh, you're right. At that point who knows what details they're missing. Finally was told they'd reach out when the order is ready. Still haven't heard anything. It's been a month. 1-800 contacts, here I come. At least I got a trustworthy prescription from the Doc!

I would like to thank Pearle Vision for the year of service that they allowed me to offer them and to have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented doctors, management and fellow associates. I went in without an appointment to ensure the VA script was the same as the doctor’s script. It was after basically another eye exam. The VA no longer gives vouchers to veterans, instead you choose from a limited selection of frames especially chosen for veterans. They are not the classiest in the world. This office took care of me in a civilized manner and made me feel respected.

Dr. Buchanan is the best! My kids and I have seen him for over 5 years. He is very thorough and great with kids. He has been extremely patient with my child with ADHD since he was old enough to see an optometrist. I couldn’t ask for a better optometrist!

The doctor was kind but not personal and bedside could be a little more interactive with kids. No sense of humor. After, the staff just handed us a prescription and didn’t even attempt to help my child find a pair of glasses that fit him. We have been doing this for years and the staff are usually very helpful and want you to leave with glasses ordered. Nope they were just like “you can go online and get what ever you want”. I left spending $660 on a pair of lens and prescription for a 12 year old because I had no idea what I was doing. First time during exam where my kid didn’t get dilation. Unfortunately, I will have to find a better place for myself and rest of the family when it’s our turn. Overall they were nice, super quick, but not helpful and very expensive.
