We had a positive experience purchasing two pairs of glasses for our daughter. They offered us some good deals, and the sales lady was very kind and helpful. However, I'm deducting a star due to the rude behavior of the lady at the front desk. She didn’t make eye contact with us while speaking and used the briefest sentences possible to respond.

I am very grateful to the NYC OPTICAL team and in particular to Aldar for the fast and quality service. Excellent work. I will recommend this company to my friends.

The first time I went for an eye exam was great. Everyone working there did a great job. No problems ordering my glasses. Fast forward over a year later. The dr suggested I try progressive contacts, they needed to be ordered, which, with my prescription, I understand and expect. It is now almost 2 months and I've heard nothing. I've tried to call several times, no one has answered every time I call. I've left two messages now and still nothing. I've already paid my money for the contact fitting, but yet, have no contacts to make sure they fit. I want a refund.

I've had 2 stellar experiences in the past few months at the North Allen Target Optical. Jennifer, the optical department's manager, & Morgan provided stellar one-on-one customer-focused assistance multiple times from start to finish. They both possess a good sense of humor & an eye for which frames might look good, & Jennifer worked quickly to complete or revise my orders both times. These employees demonstrate the highest level of customer service. AND my new glasses arrived quickly, even when I needed to request a prescription change. Kudos all around to this store department. 👏

Dr.Vu is a really good doctor if you have eye irritation or eye problems from contact lenses he wont just tell you to permanently stop like most other doctors he will help you find something that works for you and will sort things out. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing and surprisingly he doesn't have many customers but From the second you see him you will know that you are going to come back for future appointments because he is that good.

I needed a pair of glasses in the same day. Maria took my prescription, checked for the lense availability and told me to look for a frame i liked. Maria was very helpful in choosing a frame, and within in LESS THAN an hour, my glasses were ready!!! Thank you for the wonderful service today, on Black Friday!

They are very thorough and compassionate and explain everything, which is not something that can be said about all doctors.

ATTENTION INTROVERTS: The perfect experience! So, this is a bit of a unique review because I've literally NEVER BEEN IN THE STORE which is actually fabulous! I called to ask for information about ordering contacts through them several years ago. They checked my insurance and accepted it, which helps the cost significantly. I was able to email them a prescription and then it was just a quick conversation on the phone, a credit card to cover the balance, and voila! Contacts in less than two weeks. EASY! I've done it almost every year since then, which I wanna say is about 4 years. Comparatively, this previous time I ordered through our eye doctor's office at our clinic thinking it would be easier as it was more direct. WRONG. It took FOREVER to get them which wasn't truly their fault because it was a manufacturing shortage at the supplier's end. So, maybe unfair of me but still. Never had any issues with Pearle. Needless to say I'm back and will forever do it this way. Fast and easy ordering, excellent customer service, fast delivery straight to my house. AMAZING. 10/10 Would recommend!
