Dr. Casey Johnston and his staff are awesome. Every time I’m there I’m well taken care of. Dr. Johnston addressed all my questions, gave me some free samples to try to clear up my red eye, and was efficient and honest. His lovely assistant was great too, I think her name was Laura. Thank you all for always taking good care of me.

I'm new to this office, and to say I was very impressed with the staff and customer service is an understatement. A very thorough eye exam completed in a timely manner, and then the results were explained to me. Special thanks to Sydney and Brenda for taking the time to make sure my new glasses were fitted properly, and keeping me informed as to when my order was ready to pick up. These women are definitely assets to this office...very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am a very happy customer.

I've heard nothing but good things about Dr. Tidswell and looked forward to my appointment last week, but they called and said they would need to reschedule me because they had no staff. Ok fine...life happens. Later that day I got a call from the office saying that I no-showed, asking me if I wanted to reschedule. I told the woman that I absolutely did NOT no-show and told her my appointment had been rescheduled because they had no staff. This morning, 2 hours before my appointment, the same woman called and told me that they again had no staff and she was laughing the whole time she was telling me this. Very unprofessional and I didn't reschedule. A bad front office in the medical field will quickly destroy a practice.

After losing my glasses on a recent trip I went back to where I got my prescription, only to find out they were not longer there. The new company that took over was better than I could have hoped. Sydney was able to recreate what I had along with Brenda. I walked out feeling very pleased and confident in my choice to make this my new eye Dr.

Dr. Roark made the experience so personable and comfortable. It felt like going to a small town store. Such an awesome first time experience. We definitely will be sending our whole family here.

We have been seeing Dr Rourke, and all the wonderful staff at Eagle Eyes Vision Center since 2009. My kids, my mother and myself have been treated with such professionalism, expertise, timeliness and compassion every single time!! We appreciate your service Eagle Eyes!!! Thank you for being there!

I’m so excited about being a new patient at Eagle Eyes Vision North. Dr. Roark, Grace and Lydia were wonderful. Everything was explained thoroughly, including all the options for frames, lenses, etc. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

Just very nice calm manner people and make you feel at ease I am on a very tight income and they helped me go the best route to make sure I go my new prescription glasses that I have been needing for the last two years. I just can't be more thankful for the team at this Abba center. Thanks to all of them.

Shout out to EMILY! Amazing experience all around! My daughter has been going to the Fountain one for years w/all great things to say, so I finally made it in for my exam but I went to the N Circle one. The Dr/staff were so amazing! When my contacts came in, it took me months to actually pick up (due to fractured ankle & injured back from gma on trampolines for M-Day) then hurt dominant arm, I was a mess! So I finally made it into the store before it moved locations but had to exchange 2 boxes & they were supposed to go to the Lake store near my home but somehow still went to the new store really far from me. When I called & Emily said they could mail them I thought it’d take too long but before I could say anything, Emily went way above & BEYOND saying she lived near the Lake store, so she’d be happy to drop them off there for me to pick up! What!? Really!? Im just beside myself at the service & her willingness to do that for me! I work in the medical field also & all too often do we hear all the awful complaints but rarely the appreciation & acknowledgment for being there for our patients. So THANK YOU EMILY for your amazing heart & service!! 💕

Okay so I want to start this off with complementing the staff and doctors. Absolutely amazing people and outstanding care. I’m so glad to find an eye doctor who accepts Medicaid! I have great vision, but recently I had something in my eye that scratched my cornea. It was the worst feeling in the world! They let me come in same day for an appointment before work, and worked super fast but with great care. Before them, I went to the ER. And they brushed me off like it wasn’t a big deal. The doctor at ABBA actually looked in my eye with a microscope to make sure the obstruction was out- it was thankfully. But I had scratches and irritation that is in the process of healing. Everyone was so kind and patient. I couldn’t ask for better. Thank you!

Staff is so welcoming and very informative. I have been seeing Dr Gales for about 5 or 6 years. I feel that he cares about the care he provides. I trust him 100% and appreciate the time he takes explaining procedures, etc. I like that he is always so pleasant.
