This was my first time at this eye clinic but it was a positive experience. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional from beginning to end. The tech was very cheerful and explained things well. Dr. Derber was very nice, thorough and patient, no part of the visit felt rushed. The technicians in the glasses department went over my benefits in detail and even helped weigh in on the two pairs of glasses I was torn between. No one seemed annoyed or put out by my questions or concerns, everyone was happy to help. Genuinely a great experience!

I was impressed with Executive Park Eye Care from walking in the door to walking out. The whole staff was professional, helpful and friendly throughout my appointment. Kudos especially to Naomi when I checked in. Also Pam is certainly a gem as the eye care technician. An expert at her job and a great smile to make your day. Rich went out of his way picking out frames and the details of the glasses. Special appreciation to Dr Gales and his expertise and skill during the eye examine. Taking the time to answer all questions and explain the results of the examination. My highest recommendation. P.S. I’d also pass kudos to those checking out but can’t remember names … sorry.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Demitri, a respectful, well-versed young woman, very pleasant in demeanor, checked me in. During the exam, Dr. O was very gracious to answer my questions comprehensively. He further explained information relevant to my circumstances. Which was helpful to me. Finally, I ended my visit with Rodney, an upbeat, cool cat with groovy glasses. He straightened my sunglasses, and cleaned them for me. I didn't even buy them there! A very likable guy. Without reservation I recommend this business.

Once you get past the front desk this place can be great. Be warned though, depending on who you get, your reception may not be that warm. If your lucky enough to get Britney as an optician your experience will be top tier, and you will more than likely really love your frames, as I have. Britney was a huge help, and the primary reason I am leaving a 4 star. My Doctor was great as well, but sadly our interaction was short, and I cannot recall her name.

Staff and doctors are friendly, patient and personable with their clients. I had to bring my 8 year old with me, who is full of questions and desires to learn, and they stopped and listened and answered his questions without hesitation. That means so much to me. I recommend Abba to anyone looking for a good place to get their eyes checked. I gave 4*, instead of 5, just because I found the retail part to be more expensive than other places for actually purchasing glasses. I will buy my glasses somewhere more affordable, as they were out of my price range as a single mom.

The Wright center and Dr Rota changed my life in a great way. I can now see clearly. The staff was friendly and reassuring. Don’ let fear keep you from seeing again you can trust these people with your eyes.

For my LASIK surgery 5/5, for the general appointment and staff I’d say 3/5. The LASIK team was fantastic. The staff on the day of walked me through every step, every portion, etc. Getting to meet the person who would be performing my surgery beforehand was an extra comfort. Afterwards, the nursing staff was incredible and making sure my ride understood the after procedure care. However, the general staff who did the test prior to the procedure did not leave me confident in the team. When I went in for the test, the test had to be repeated multiple times and bring in a second person. This made me nervous considering these test are used for understanding the eye for LASIK and it did not seem the person knew what they were doing . A week prior to my lasik I had another appointment. I was not told this was to repeat the test so I did not leave my contacts out for a week. I then could hear the employee talking badly about me to another coworker for not leaving my contacts out for a week. I had apologized multiple times because I didn’t realize the appointment was repeating those test. I truly was nervous to go through with this procedure after just feeling the staff was not 100% confident.

The assistances were very kind. Arrived early as I was told to do so and didn’t leave a simple appointment for over a hour plus which ok I understand sometimes establishments are overwhelmed. BUT as I was called the second time to be seen by the main doctor I set in one the rooms forever and I literally hear the doctor in training asking the main doctor if he can take a look at my eye. He was huffing and annoyed by the fact another patient had to be seen I could literally hear him say I guess I can go take a look. I DIDN'T walk in and demand to be seen I was TOLD by the woman scheduling referrals to come that day . So it wasn’t a great feeling to feel like a burden in a doctors office I didn’t ask to be in. Was excited being told they were the best to literally feeling like I wish I didn’t come. I was sent by another doc because my eye did look like this.

My clinic visits with Vision Institute has always been delightful, but my most recent experience with an optician by the name of Jared at the Nevada office was very negative. This young man made several mistakes such as overcharging, forgetting to order a second set of glasses following a verbal confirmation and forgetting to order a second set of lenses following a verbal confirmation from a physician and myself. This issue went on for months. During my last conversation with Jared J. I brought up the several mistakes and encouraged better customer service as I have worked with Dr. Simmons in the past and am aware he has high expectations for good customer service for his patients. I was met with a very aggressive, harsh, and belligerent response - verbatim, “Lady, you really think mentioning Dr. Simmons name is gonna help you right now! That’s gonna do nothing for you! LADY, I’m giving you the attitude you giving me”! Needless to say, I finished my conversation with him, and contacted the manager at the other facility sharing my concerns. I received my lenses within a week, and unfortunately I will never return to this place of business.

This place has a professional yet friendly vibe from the moment we called to set our appointments until we exited stage left. The reception team, the Dr of Optometry, and all staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I enjoy the experience from start to finish. I recommend this eye exam and glasses place to everyone I know and like.
