Was 30 min early for appt, waited 90 min after my appt, was told another 3 patients in front. Overbooking patients. Another pt overheard my complaint, she said she had same problem, tears, and dr botched her surgery, uneven eyes, still has tears

I would like to report a recent incident that occurred in Mt. Pleasant, involving a Subaru vehicle clearly identified with your company's logo being driven aggressively by a woman on the road. The driver aggressively honked the horn and made ironic gestures, which does not reflect well on your company's image. I hope that this behavior is an exception, and that you take measures to prevent it from happening again.

I am still trying to find the right glasses cause i swear I seem like I'm going blind,but I have nothing but good things to say about this place.Dr. Leighton is so easy to talk to(about things other than my eyes) and the staff is friendly and very professional. (and one of the techs is just too cute!!!)

Dr. Pham is the best! She is the best doctor I've ever had for my astigmatism. She is the only doctor who only needed to give me one contacts sample-the very first one worked perfect! Normally I have to try 5 or 6 but she nailed it the first time. She is patient and kind, and works with you to get your lens prescription just right too. Thanks Dr. Pham!

Our son needed a replacement nighttime contact. It was incredibly frustrating to get a replacement ordered from this facility. I called numerous times to just place an order but they would never get back to me. My wife started calling and she had a similar experience. She then went in to talk with someone and they gave her the run around again but she refused to leave until she spoke with someone of authority. We've decided to ditch this group and plan to go elsewhere. Ironically, the doctors were great there but everyone we dealt with was subpar by a lot.

I have to say the customer service is awesome. Today was my first day ever coming to this location and I was very impressed. Dr. Dixon was nice and efficient. I picked out 14 frames and Gissel was amazing with helping me look at them all. Brian was great at helping Gissel and I narrow them down to 6. The star for me was Gissel. It was very fun picking the frames out with her. She was patient, kind, professional and funny. Checkout was also great Tabitha was very efficient, professional and kind. So overall I highly recommend Eye Specialist of Mid-Florida 3350 Harden Blvd Lakeland FL Thank you also to the sweet eye tech my apologies for not getting her name. Dr Jennifer Le was very detailed in explaining what is going on. I felt i was not rushed when she was examining my vision.I expressed my want to try wearing contact lenses and she gave a whole explanation of what would work for me. Very accommodating.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed them until now (I've been using them for years). Yossi is the best in the business, and his customer service is unmatched. He is honest, helpful, and great at finding the perfect pair for you. I highly recommend him for all you eyewear needs. Trust me on this one :)
