I went for my yearly eye exam with Dr. Young this morning. First visit since Dr. Dobbs retired. Dr. Young and staff was friendly. Dr. Young did a very thorough eye exam. He went over all the eye pictures, and explained everything I was able to look at my eye pictures and understand what a normal eye should look like. This was the best exam. I will return next year.

My optometrist is awesome. I was given someone else invoice regarding services and payment. When I advised office of error, I was told they do not mail out invoices. Excuse me, it was your error. I was then told they would send it in the mail. two weeks later, still no invoice.

I decided to try here because of good reviews. Doctor was nice and fast, optometrists also nice and quick. My problem was the receptionist person when you walk into the eye doctor no smile, no hello, she was rude spoke with a mumble, and … More

I will start off saying that I really like the doctor and the practice, but a few things reduced my rating. I deducted 1 star as the doctor cancelled my appointment last minute. I deducted another star because there's no parking for patients and parking is challenging in the area and all paid, which is not fault of this practice but very inconvenient. I deducted another star because I was informed that my eyes would be dialated so I made special arrangements to get a ride and the doctor said he wouldn't have time so now I need to inconvenience my friend again and go back. The last star was dedcuted because the trail contacts provided to me expired 7 months ago (last year). All of these reasons lowered my score.

I have been going to Dr Jeng for the past 5 years. I find his staff to be both friendly and professional. Dr Jeng is very pleasant and you can tell that he knows his stuff. I have no qualms about rating him highly. Glad he has an office in East Hartford!

I went to them about a Year ago and i notice all the good reviews have being made by friends and family of this New Owners none of them has license to operate an optical store or optical knowledge or degree they don't have a real optician or technicians all of them are rude the Dominican Ivelice receptionist has no idea to answer phone or optical question and Bengali girl she claims to be the wife of the new owners her name is Safa which not even the owner is an optician only 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Dr Ly she is the best very good Doctor amazing. i haven’t see the Ecuadorian girl Ingrid she was the only one who knew she could answer any questions and treat you with respect with a lot of experience over 10 years very humble friendly patient and with class always helping with care.

Dr. Donnenfeld removed a cataract in my right eye about 10 years ago. He also corrected my vision which was about 20/400 to better than 20/20. I do need reading glasses 2.75 but that's a good thing because I do a lot of close up work with power tools and needing reading glasses I never forget to use them. They are my safety glasses. I had already lost sight in my left eye do to complications from cataract surgery in 1993 so my wife and I were a little worried about the surgery. We were referred to him by my retina surgeon, Dr Repucci, who had just repaired a tear in my retina of my right eye and told me that the cataract had grown to the size where I would be legally blind. Dr. Donnfeld made us feel VERY secure about the surgery. He was right. I am followed by the retina specialists at the North Port Veterans Hospital. I just had an appointment today and my eye is in perfect condition and it is still 20/20. I can't say enough good things about him. His staff was great also.

I have been a patient of Dr Jacobs for several years. I have never been disappointed with the services rendered. The staff is always friendly and kind. I've gone at lunch with plenty of time to spare. The frames are a little pricey but it's offset by the convenience of being right across the street from my job.

I am surprised at some of the other reviews. I have found Dr. Jessica Chen's staff to be knowledgeable and hard working. As for Dr. Chen...she is the best! She has helped my parents and me so much. I can't thank her enough.

Was in urgent need of short term supply of contacts. Called half dozen larger stores but none could help, except for the Eye Doctor of Buford. Great service, very prompt and helpful. Thank you!!

I SAW PEOPLE LOVE THIS LOCATION AND HAD TO SEE FOR MYSELF! I found: Attentive, professional, and prompt staff. The office is clean and the doctor listens to you ramble on!! Lol. I recommend this location. PS- my contacts and glasses arrived within 2-3 days from each other. I waited about a week to get my stuff. 🥹 Other locations COULD NEVER! [For anyone saying this is a terrible location you are HATEFUL AND A KAREN/KEVIN. Move on.]
