Felt shiny, slick and seedy. Housed in an old used car dealership. Tried to get my medical insurance to bill them as well as use my eye insurance. I mentioned that I had an ophthalmologist and didn’t need medical care. I just needed a new prescription. They didn’t want to see me because of it. Me and mine won’t go back. Front desk people were nice and so was the technician. Two stars instead of one because of them.

Highly recommend Tyler & his staff. He was very compassionate about the issues I was having. He provided a in office procedure and was very soft and professional with handling my face/eye. Very respectful and professional business!!

I have been seeing Dr Carlson for many years and he is an outstanding physician. He is so very knowledgeable and is willing to spend the time to ensure I understand exactly what is going on. He takes the time needed, covers the information, discusses options, and ensures I have what I need to take care of my vision. I cannot say enough about him and the rest of the team at Eye Associates.

Great experience. Everybody is super efficient, nice, articulate. Didn't feel rushed, but I was in and out in good time. Dr. Holley-Walz was personable and responsive to questions. Took care to get things right. Highly recommend.

Eye Care Center of Colorado Springs is a great place to go for total eye care. The front desk staff is wonderful. Dr. Little is so caring and knowledgeable. I recently had an urgent need and Dr. Little went out of her way to accommodate me on a holiday weekend. I am very, very happy with everything about this office. And, they even have their own parking lot in Downtown Colorado Springs!

Best eye care center around! As a pilot vision is obviously very important to me. I became a patient here in 2020 when I was diagnosed with Keratoconus, a serious eye condition. Dr. Little was able to fit me for contact lenses and get me corrected to 20/20. This contition can make fitting for lenses quite challenging, yet Dr. Little never gave up. The staff here has always been both friendly and proffesional. Every time I visit they go out of their way to make sure my vision is at its best and that there are no other underlying diseases. If you want an eye doctor that is top-notch, friendly and honest make sure you come here!

If I could give less than one star, I would. The staff here is absolutely horrible. Was visiting my best friend and my glasses broke so I needed to get new frames and...the things the staff here say about their patients and each other is vile. Absolutely disgusting when they think you can't hear them, but guess what? We all can and we know when you're talking about us and making us feel uncomfortable. They gossip and giggle like highschoolers. It's pathetic. I left and went to Vision Institute instead. Save yourself the time and just don't even bother with this place. Despicable.

The evaluation process is up to date. The staff very helpful. The surgeon was very knowledgeable and provided a way for me to potentially avoid surgery. The only problem I had was that the reminders sent out didn't agree on the correct time for the appointment. I'm sure they will iron out that difficulty.

Always a positive patient experience here. Dr. Mortland is a down-to-earth doctor who explains everything clearly and with compassion. She is also gentle and patient with my sensitive, blink-prone eyes and acts with care as she inserts drops and does the pressure test.

Dr. Dewey is so knowledgeable, takes time to explain, and makes you feel so comfortable and reassured. The office staff is great also personible yet professional. We Drive a great distance for appointments and it is worth it.

There are good medical offices, and then there are exceptional. My experience with InSight would definitely be in the exceptional category. Dr. Lee and Dr. Stewart helped me understand the underlying reasons for dry eyes and how to best support this chronic condition. The determination, professionalism and personal attentiveness permeated my experiences at Insight. Dr. Lee spent extra time (I am guessing she worked through her lunch hour) to explain how our eyes actually work so I could understand the treatment. She is sensitive to prescription costs and designs ways to support her patients in this area as well. She understands that treatment has to be doable so people can stick to a long term solution. I was also impressed with the office staff as well, especially in Boulder, where they followed through on returning calls over a period of time and fulfilling a request. I am confident in this team! If I could give 6 stars, I would.
