There are good medical offices, and then there are exceptional. My experience with InSight would definitely be in the exceptional category. Dr. Lee and Dr. Stewart helped me understand the underlying reasons for dry eyes and how to best support this chronic condition. The determination, professionalism and personal attentiveness permeated my experiences at Insight. Dr. Lee spent extra time (I am guessing she worked through her lunch hour) to explain how our eyes actually work so I could understand the treatment. She is sensitive to prescription costs and designs ways to support her patients in this area as well. She understands that treatment has to be doable so people can stick to a long term solution. I was also impressed with the office staff as well, especially in Boulder, where they followed through on returning calls over a period of time and fulfilling a request. I am confident in this team! If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Dr. Gitchell was the best! She was extremely patient with all my questions and gave me the most accurate eye exam I've ever had. She explained every aspect of the extremely detailed exam in great detail. Her thoroughness and genial approachability made the whole process a breeze. Great staff, very friendly, extremely professional. Top recommendation!

Dr. Stewart’s team at InSight Vision Group, Boulder are amazing! From the front reception area where they accommodated a patient’s special request with such kindness! To Dr. Lee who is so knowledgeable and informative in a conversational way. To Angela who helped navigate the surgery schedule and paperwork with such care. To Dr. Stewart who has so much experience and yet is willing to ask for and listen to staff input. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.

lenscrafters is the best place ever. i am always quickly attended and welcomed with smiles, this location is kept super tidy and clean. all the workers seem so happy to assist me and they are quick to fulfill any of my needs. so so so happy to be so well taken care of by this business!! would 1,000% recommend if you are looking for eye doctors or a new one!

Dr Krueger and her team are awesome!! They helped me so much yesterday to try to improve my reading/up close vision while not affecting distance and much better now! She and her team are very professional, friendly and helpful. She even explained thoroughly my scans to explain all health indicators, I’ve never had an eye doc that took the time to explain those before. I’ll definitely be going back and love Dr Krueger! Wish I’d realized Target had this before now but so happy I found them 😃

The eye exam was quick and efficient. Waiting to order the prescription eyeglasses took almost an hour as the patient ahead of me could not make up his mind what he wanted. Luis was very patient with him as he was with me, but finishing took much longer than it should have.

Dr. Krueger was very thorough and very professional. Not only did she explain the eye exam every step of the way so I could understand what she was checking for, she also explained what I should watch out for in the future as I get older. Best eye exam ever! I will be recommending her to everyone!

Tried one of those virtual appointments with a local technician and a video doctor, allowed for earlier appointment and got excellent service. both personal as well as efficient use of resources of doctors as available across distributed area. Very nice.
