Gina and sheila are very helpful and knowledgeable sales persons. They took the time and patience to help me pick out exactly what I needed. I am definitely returning to purchase more frames.

Doctor for eye exam was helpful and available in the evening which was convenient. This place will not give you your old prescription. I called to get my PDI and they said "We do not keep those records". I guess if you are not purchasing directly from them keep extra care of your documents and prescription.

I have been a patient at Desert Vista Eye for over 15 years. This is the first time I had seen Dr Eason. I felt very comfortable and he explained very clearly what had developed and the steps that I need to take. He was also very personable and kind. I felt very much at ease. Thank you for a great eye exam.

Dr. Murphy and his staff are so kind, attentive, detail oriented, accommodating and professional. I’ve been a patient of his for 10 plus years and I always leave well educated and very happy with the service provided.

Dr. Chiu has left a bad taste in my mouth after back to back visits. My last time here, he told me he was “in a rush” to do my stye removal because “he had a plane for vacation” to catch. Fast forward 6 months I come back for another stye removal and he goes “this one is really big, but, I’m not going to remove it” after I told him it’s been bothering me for weeks :) He then told me I could just call over to another office that he’d refer me to and they could “easily schedule a removal based off my referral” and that was a lie :) :) I have to pay more money to other office to get my eye examined, AGAIN, before I can get the stye removed :) :) Would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from here.

I’ve been to many optometrists, and I have to say the assistance I received from everyone there was very nice and professional. Each step they someone would do was explained. I didn’t feel like a number! Dr Stroh is a straight shooter and honest. Loved her! However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get to check out or review what my insurance would cover during my visit. Instead, I was told that someone would get back to me to schedule the procedure. I have not received any call yet, and I need to arrange the time and day because I am still working. One area I recommend improving is when administering dilation drops, perhaps ask the patient if they have eyewear to cover their eyes or if they have a ride home. I realize most of us know the procedure when we get drops, but honestly, it’s a nice touch to recap, especially when you may deal with older patients and not assume

Great service. Love the way Yaser is working with my daughter. She loves him and we have been able to see big improvements since Yaser start taking care of our daughter prosthetics . He is the best.

This is an excellent eye care practice. Dr Tan & his entire staff are professionals, well trained, & patient oriented. The facility is spotless with private treatment rooms & equipment. You cannot find a more competent doctor. He is highly trained & personable Ralph Roberts
