Wize Eyes in Hicksville NY deserves five stars. David is exceptional and makes great glasses , as well as, his puzzle making is just astonishing. It’s like artwork in there. He really took care of me and did the right thing. Very very happy. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you.

I needed a new prescription after a concussion. Dr. Reichhardt understood how concussions affect vision and came up with a prescription that lessened eye strain and addressed photosensitivity issues. Best glasses I've had in 30 years.

Just an update. RUN 🏃‍♀️ RUN away do not use this place. The owner is rude and quickly denied what I needed even before they looked at my file. Literally one year my super expensive glasses broke. Which is actually less than one year because when I received them the prescription was off and I had to have them fix it. So if I am going based off of that it was less than one year. I called to get prescription and they will not provide me with all the details needed to order a new pair online. They refused to assist even with all the money I spent. Run. They push you to spend on unnecessary items. I had to get the lens correct and the $200+ I spent is out the door. Glasses totaled $558 the $200 were to get bifocals I did not need ask them to correct which they are doing but they will not credit the 200 on unnecessary bifocals nit even a store credit. Manager Edward did not care. There site states they take quality in there work but they do not. All they care about is the money you shell out. The eye doctor is good but the that owner of this establishment is not at all professional. I will continue my complaint to BBB and every other social media possible. Economy is hard and people like this makes it harder.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Koh and his staff. I had injured my right eye while gardening and Dr. Koh, who was highly recommended from the Cedars-Sinai urgent care center was able to see me immediately. I had lost vision after a piece of grit had entered my eye and my retina had been badly damaged. Dr Koh conducted a thorough examination of my right eye and prescribed drops and an ointment. Within 24 hours I regained 75 percent vision and the pain had had diminished significantly. I have chosen Dr. Koh now as my primary eye care specialist.

Love how quick the guy finds new frame to fit old lenses. Was in a hurry Frame broke. Luis the optician found low budget frame to fit my old lenses. Definitely going back to fill my new Rx. Very affordable prices.

Very poor patient service, rude staff, long waiting time, long hold on phone call appointment, Don't come here unless you have 3-4 hours to spare for one appointment.

New Rule: I want a sixth 🌟 to award once a year when I find truly EXCEPTIONAL service. Pat is quick, compassionate and informative, and he is training up a great team! We found Eyemart Express on the first day of an out of state trip to visit family… forgotten/lost glasses and all. My son’s prescription is too strong for other same day optical businesses… He LOVES his new prescription sunnies. Now we have everything we need for back to school AND some great family photos 😎🤓

Stay away from this provider. Incredibly long wait times, very disorganized. People at the reception are very rude, you can clearly see they don't like their job. Also despite the fact they were in-network providers for my insurance, they insisted to pay upfront and then submit the claim to the insurance company by myself. Completely unacceptable. Please do a favor to yourself and go somewhere else.

Dr Allarakhia has taken care of my family for years. He’s always gentle, explains things, and thorough. He’s even come in the office on a weekend when we needed him. We love Dr. Allarakhia.
