I am super impressed with the staff at the 30th st location in Boulder. Dr Salazar was very thorough and explained the changes in my prescription. Noah, the GM, is extremely knowledgeable! Both he and Ann are kind and had my best interests at heart. I ordered contacts and glasses. They checked insurance and other avenues to get me the best deal. I highly recommend coming here for your optical needs!

Everyone at this office is wonderful and looking out for your best. Dr Chris Garcia proactively asked if I would want to try "mono-vision" on my contacts so as to be able to avoid wearing reading glasses, and Ken Vargas, the GM, went above and beyond to help me zero in on the right lenses to accomplish that, and he's always happy to chat, too! Anne at the front desk was super-diligent in helping me to determine my Insurance coverage. Go to this My Eye Dr location, they listen to you, partner with you and help you to find what works best for YOU! I'm very happy with their care at this office, and I am very particular, haha!

Without doubt, this is (one of) the most expensive opticians in Boulder. They charge full retail for their frames, while the industry standard is half of that. A scam?! I think that most people here would happily pay a premium for quality services, but VANTAGE VISION falls short is every single category. They quote prices they do no fulfill. They seem unable to measure for glasses, because in my experience the lenses have been completely wrong 4 times! They don't now anything at all without looking it up or asking the owner/boss, who is rarely ever available. (super-cheap labor, right?) They do not adjust your glasses when you ask them to, unless you pay them for it! They take at least 6 weeks to deliver glasses (in the age of same day glasses) that they promise you will take 1-week! I love to support small business, but people like the owner of Vantage don't even come remotely close to meeting any standards of customer service and HONEST BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

Dr. Steinberg did a wonderful job helping me out with my glasses and exam. I tried to use bifocal's and twice they did not work out. No problem they gladly exchanged the lenses out at no additional cost. Staff are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend you try these great people out!

I highly recommend Vantage Vision Care. Dr. Steinberg is efficient and the checkup was a breeze, but he also took the time to answer all my questions and educated me various prescription options. The front desk staff got me seen quickly as a new patient, and after took time to help me choose the best glasses frames. They also informed me on the lens options and gave helpful recommendations. My experience from exam to eyeglasses was very positive at Boulder Vision Associates. Since I came in alone Valary the Optician, was very helpful in giving me her honest opinion when I tried on frames. Unfortunately I chose outside of my comfort zone and didn't like the glasses on me after the lenses had been put in. I thought I was stuck with frames I wasn't comfortable in but I was so relieved to learn I could chose another frame and start again. Valary once again helped me chose a different frame, this time within my comfort zone and two weeks later I had a pair of glasses I really love. I would recommend Boulder Vision Associates.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone in the clinic. This was one of the first times I felt my health was actually assessed during a routine eye exam. I will be back next year. Thank you for your attention and kindness!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cross for over a decade and have always received excellent care from him and the staff. Whether my visits are for routine exams or issues with my eyes, Dr. Cross always provides friendly and effective service. Lately, I've enjoyed the classic rock background music playing throughout the office, too!

Did not like this place. Got a chilly reception absent any smiles, staff was indifferent. Went through the motions of an eye exam, they handed me a prescription, and I left. It was almost âŚawkward. Like they werenât even interested. Very weird retail business practice centered on service. Maybe itâs because my exam was covered by Medicaid? A pattern I encountered at a lot of places.

Another great experience at College Optical! I bought some RayBan sunglasses from CO about a year ago. Brought them in for an adjustment today. Excellent customer service and lovinâ the adjustment!

Been coming here for years. The staff are always welcoming, accommodating, and personable.
The doctor is amazing, thorough, and takes time to explain everything about my vision and the many questions I often have.
