Dr. Jenny is so knowledgeable and kind. I live across the state but come here for my checkups because they’re so good. I also had expert help from two people in selecting glasses. Highly recommend!

Envision is a top notch practice. Extremely professional and friendly. Excellent eye care from Dr. Smith and his staff. Great selection of frames and again the staff on that side are great as well. Always an easy and thorough exam/visit.

Dr. Long is not qualified to perform ICL surgery. Giving him the benefit of the doubt following the initial operation, I believed that rather than surgical error, my residual visual impairment was a product of a defect with the lens as opposed to surgical error. When I returned months later for a lens exchange, after it became evident that time and eyedrops weren't helping, I was subjected to a prolonged and painful operation where it felt like my eye was being butchered by an ape with a scalpel. In Dr. Long's hands, the forceps repeatedly failed to grip the lens, and it took him so many tries that the numbing drops had long since worn off. More importantly, he caused so much trauma to the eye during the procedure that I have since developed a cataract. nearly 5 months and $10K later, my vision is worse than ever. What has been done to me is nothing short of criminal malpractice. Do not entrust the fate of your vision to this unexperienced, unskilled individual.

I was traveling from KC to Estes Park when I began to have an eye flare. I have suffered from iritis and uveitis in the past due to an autoimmune condition. My ophthalmologist recommended that I see an ophthalmologist in CO urgently. With it being almost 3pm on a Friday I was extremely nervous that I would be unable to see a specialist since I was not a patient. I called multiple ophthalmologists in Boulder and I was so thankful the front desk (I cannot remember her name) was able to get me in with Dr. Long. Dr. Long was very thorough and provided me with medication and the number of the on call doctor in case I had further issues over the weekend (thankfully I didn't). I'm so thankful they were able to see me on such short notice and ease my anxiety while traveling from out of town. Thank you to Dr. Long and the rest of the staff!

In 2007 I received PRK from Dr. Beyer at the age of 19. PRK was required over lasik to have uncorrected 20/20 by the US Navy if trying to join special forces division. At the time Beyer had a business partner and both were running a promotion that patients could receive 50% of the contract price back within a year if all rules were followed. No patients saw their money back as Dr. Beyers business partner took the money and fled the country. I was due almost $2,000. I have reached out to Beyer multiple times throughout the years and he offers no remorse or solution even though he personally profited off of the scam. Sham on Dr. Beyer. I also will note that ever since the surgery my night vision is terrible and I have starbursts and halos around lights. When shopping for a PRK or Lasik, I suggest you look somewhere else.

Would not recommend these people. Took my dad here to see Dr. McCormack for an eye exam. My dad came out very upset, the doctor told him he couldn't drive anymore and sent him home. Didn't even talk with me, his daughter, about was going … More

Excellent MDs, ridiculously incompetent support staff. There is no way to leave a message, if you should call during their very long (more than an hour) mid day break. The front desk scheduler acts as if it’s an inconvenience to answer questions or make appointments. If you forget which md you saw last, she is incapable of looking up that Information, I am assuming incapable and just not so annoyed she is not willing to help with this info. Over the last week and a half, I have I have left five messages requesting that my glasses prescription be sent to my optical store of choice via fax. I provided the fax number. This has not happened yet, and no one has returned my calls. The front desk issues have been consistently getting worse, year after year after year. HOWEVER we return, because The physicians are excellent. After this constant disappointment I feel I may be switching my family over to another Opthomologist practice. We shall see.

I have been attempting to contact anyone that works at this office for days. Seems like another practice is using their space, and whether you call/show up in person they claim that “Pearl Street Eye” only operates a couple days a month? I very much need to speak to someone here… I have never had an issue like this with an optometrist before.

I am so glad to hear that Pearl Street Eye has re-opened UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. Their staff top to bottom is excellent. Mike was my technician, we was wonderful. He was very attentive to all of my medical history/concerns. Dr. Cushing was my doctor and he was absolutely incredible. He really sweet and took his time during his exam. I will be referring everyone I know to Pearl Street Eye
