I recommend Aspen eyewear very highly. Lori Harper is incredibly knowledgeable, amazingly helpful and responsive. Every time I work with her, my eyeglasses are perfect, as far as appearance, vision and fit. Almost no one in any professional field does as good a job as Lori.

So happy that I found this place!! The doctor does an amazing job of making sure you have the correct prescription. As a result, my Vision has never been better! Also the staff is always so accommodating, friendly, and helpful!

Oh my goodness, I see exactly why this place gets such rave reviews - what people! Amazing. They put me in the pair of sunglasses I have been needing for a very long time. And it was a dang delight. I will absolutely return for all my eyewear needs. Awesome place!

Usually I have a really good experience here but from the walk In horrible customer service all the people on the floor had bad attitudes and no work motivation. The check in lady was rude and was literally laying her head on the desk on her phone, the lady that takes you back to check your eyes before the actual eye doctor super rude! Got to the eye doctor and she is always so kind and respectful! Totally forgot about the walk in experience then got out of her office and the last lady to help place our order questioned my choice of glasses kept taking over me and rushed the wrap up of my visit…. It’s sad to experience that I’ve been a customer for years and to be treated that way makes me want to choose another office.

Front desk staff is nice and always helpful, the doc is great. Would be 5-stars except for the guy who sits at his desk cranking music on his speakerphone the whole time. It's annoying and sounds terrible, makes shopping for lenses right next to him annoying and hard to concentrate . Been there multiple times and it's always the same thing

I really liked this location. Belen was super nice and informative. She helped me through my options and the whole process. I went in there and was out in less than 15 minutes!

First most unprofessional work setting. Had one worker cussing and talking badly about her work environment. Then got an eye exam and only got my eyes checked with glasses on not with them off after being told we’d see the difference. Then while waiting to choose glasses and pay had a male customer with clear signs of mental issues come in to see about his glasses for pick up. Told one worker he felt like the older blonde lady had insulted him. Instead of trying to fix or understand the man. Or show him and respect. She waited till he walked out and laughed and made the comment “He should act more like a man”. Freaking disgusting work environment. I don’t recommend people coming here. $60 dollars to fill rushed through the process and deal with all this exactly why me and my gf will not be returning or ever be buying glasses from this company!

Carissa, Kayla, and Lori were amazing to work with! They were very patient when helping me adjust my glasses. I have almost no nose bridge and they all worked together to help the glasses fit better. They never made me feel bad or rushed for needing extra assistance. 10/10 recommend!

110% recommended. From the first phone call with Jayla, I knew I would be in good hands. She went the extra mile to check stock and speak with the doctor before my visit. Then Ms. Laurie was able to accommodate my particular situation with grace and a humanistic warmth. Carissa, the lab technician was kind and incredibly efficient, as well as humorous :) Finally, Dr. Speckman was the best optometrist I have ever had. Attentive and wonderful at explaining my vision health to me. Best in town AND the best prices without insurance. Trust, I did my research. Thank you all so much.

Purchase a pair of glasses from them on April 2023, Finally picked them up today after 4 times trying to get them made correctly. These are unusable as they make everything look blurry. After the 3rd time I asked for my money back, and the person behind the counter went looking for the original paperwork, copied it and stated there are no REFUND's they will just keep fixing. Well after the 4th time, still not clear and since I work in from of a computer all day unusable. Now little history my family has been going here for 25plus years and we have never had issues like this. They know my prescription they knew it was for computer reading. Since it seems to have new people running the show (except Diane) no customers service. Well to end our 25 plus years of business our whole family will be moving on.

Purchased 3 pairs of glasses from these unprofessional people. RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. Would not correct their mistakes. What kind of business doesnt EVER answer their phone?? You can't call them to discuss, because their phone goes directly to voice mail and their voice mail is full! So I had to drive over there to find out that they will not correct their mistakes!
