Excellent service, excellent doctor!!

I was genuinely blown away by the courtesy and professionalism of Devin in the Walmart vision center. We needed frames and lens that were not putting pressure on my sons nose. Devin was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and truly went the extra mile to make sure my toddler and I had want we needed to see good, be comfortable and look good. Went in Saturday (6-24-23)to pick up my safety glasses. Could not see out of them. The young lady that was helping me would not listen to what I was saying. She kept insisting that I take them. Then a gentleman with a mask came over and try to tell me it was a new prescription and my eyes would have to adjust. He wouldn’t listen either because they are the same prescription as I am wearing. I ordered them with my new glasses back in may. He finally realized that when he looked on the computer. He said he would let me know something on 6-26. Haven’t heard from them. Very disappointed with there service

Very satisfied. I've not been to the eye doctor in over 15 years. I developed an infection in my left eye and a friend who goes there recommended them. The doctor cleared my infection up then I came back for an exam. They then fitted me for glasses. The lady that helped me choose the glasses to suit me was very nice and knowledgeable. I.was surprised that they were not as expensive as I thought they would be. I would highly recommend them!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, given the circumstances. Dr. Mostafavi took the time to explain what was wrong with my eye so that I was understand the mechanics behind it's you can tell that this man is passionate about what he does. It made me feel very comfortable understanding what was going on and how it would be fixed. The Dr. came up with a comprehensive treatment plan that had my eye just about back to normal within 2 weeks. His bedside manor is second to none. I walked in that office a nervous wreck, worried about losing half of my vision before age 30 and I walked out with the confidence that my eyes/vision were in the right hands. All of the girls in the office were really nice and easy to work with, the place is clean and you don't end up sitting there for hours. After experiencing how great Dr. M is, I would tell you that you're crazy not to go to him if any issues with your eyes arise.

The Dr is very patient and professional. I totally understand how hard to check a kid's eye sight for the 1st time. Yet she was very patient and took all the needed time to care for my child. No rush at all. My daughter's 1st eye Dr experience was very pleasant and she was excited to get her glasses. Thank you so much. I'm going to change to your eye care too, to you.

Dr. Womack and his team are excellent, 5+ stars for service, knowledge, friendliness, equipment, location. I definitely recommend this group.

This was my 1st visit by recommendation. It was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Dr. Parks and Amy as well as the rest of the stuff were great. I also learned a lot and was given options with no pressure. I highly recommend Park Family Eye Care.
